Easily walkable from the North Berkeley BART station. Safe neighborhood with lots of places to eat and shop.

Size is good!

It is a 10-minute walk from downtown Berkeley and the Berkeley North subway station, and there is a gas station and a 7-Eleven convenience store next to it. On the way to the subway station, you have to pass through the local residential area, and it is fun to look at the simple but stylish houses.

This is a motel. There is a gas station next door. It is relatively quiet overall and is a typical motel.

The main reason is that it is too noisy. 1. When the air conditioner is turned on, my head explodes. 2. There is an official construction site next door; breakfast is basically empty.

There is a bus to the university at the door, a small supermarket opposite, and drying services.
