We visited the hotel in April 2022 as part of a city trip. Unfortunately, we were not received particularly friendly at reception and only received our room cards after endlessly filling out documents with data that we had all entered when booking. Our room on the fourth floor was okay in terms of size and cleanliness. There was dirt on the floor of the shower wall, and the windows could have been cleaned. But it wasn't bad either, as we had a horrible view of a house wall and a shabby courtyard. Since the room was right next to the elevator, wall to wall, we had to endure a lot of elevator noise at night. I had my immune card plugged into the room power slot so my laptop could charge. In the evening my vaccination card was gone. It would have been better to put it on the table instead of stealing it... The breakfast was also okay, but not a highlight either. Baked rolls, some cold cuts and yoghurt as well as a fully automatic coffee machine with various coffee specialties. The stay was passable, price-performance ratio is unfortunately not right here. In the A&O Hostel there would have been more service for less money.
