The room was ok but also nothing special. i stayed alone and instead of king bed i had 2 single beds. SPA and fittness is for extra pay: 6 eur. when i booked i had impression that spa was included. Also, there was no water kettle in the room. i had to borrow it and then return upon checkout. Breakfast was very good.

This is a really “five stars” hotel, very clean .. high speed internet and close to amenities and food centre … Highly recommended .. Five Star Rating

It was located near the university, so I was able to stay quietly. The hotel was clean, but some of the staff had difficulty communicating in English. Maybe that's why I asked them to fix the broken shower hose two or three times, but it wasn't fixed during my 9-night stay. Except for the service, I was satisfied with the business trip.

The room is small. The breakfast is very rich and it is close to the subway station, which is very convenient.

It is a large hotel with beautiful, bright rooms, but unfortunately no windows can be opened. The reception could not be reached by phone from the room or from the outside phone. The breakfast buffet could be great if empty bowls and jam jars were refilled more quickly. All in all, it was a so-so stay.

The location of the hotel is good, close to Liberty University and Dalem Dof station of U3 line, next to Rewe supermarket, opposite Asian Art Museum moved to Humboldt Forum, the new museum has not yet opened, not far from the botanical garden. But this time, Ctrip's booking experience was not good, and the front desk couldn't find Ctrip's order anyway, and it took a quarter of an hour just to check in.

The room size is acceptable, a little smaller, and the breakfast is great😍The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, and there is also a supermarket. This is a good value for money.
