El hotel no se ajusta a las imágenes publicadas. Carece de orden y limpieza. La habitación tenía una terraza que posiblemente hacía años que no se limpiaba. El servicio de habitaciones se limitaba a colocar la ropa de cama y cambiar las toallas. No limpiaron (en una semana) ni el baño, ni el suelo, ni el polvo. El baño no tenía ningún tipo de amenities. No repetiremos.

Leider war unser Besuch alles andere als angenehm. Obwohl wir vorab 2 Zusatz Kissen für unserZimmer orderten waren keine da. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption hieß es wir haben leider keine Kopfkissen mehr, in einem 3 Sterne Hotel??? Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert und so hat man die Wahl zwischen schwitzen bei 30 grad oder permanent Bau und Straßen Lärm. Neben dem Hotel ist eine groß Baustelle wo bis spät Abends gearbeitet wird. Das Zimmer war leider auch nicht sauber. Im ganzen Bad waren Flecken und Schmier, die Fenster waren praktisch blind und überall war Staub und Fingerabdrücke. Unser Fazit: NIE WIEDER.

Im Gegensatz zu anderen Bewertungen hier, übernachte ich seit mehr als 10 Jahren regelmässig in diesem Hotel - im grossen und ganzen ist es hier sehr sauber. Da auch Touristengruppen und Gruppen junger Leute regelmässig hier übernachten, kann es vorkommen, dass es nachts (Wochenende) etwas laut ist. Das Personal ist aber sehr bemüht, diesen Zustand nicht ausufern zu lassen. Das Mark Apart ist recht preisgünstig, mit ausserordentlich grossen Zimmern. Die Baustelle ums Haus lässt sich nicht wegdiskutieren, habe aber bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt nichts davon mitbekommen, da ich ein Zimmer zur Strasse hatte. Nur das Auto auf dem Parkplatz war nach dem Aufenthalt sehr schmutzig - aber wie gesagt, das Hotel kann nichts dafür. Und Reklamationen für den Ausnahmezustand während der "Corona-Pandemie" sind hier nicht angebracht, da auch dafür das Hotel nicht verantwortlich ist. Und wem das Hotel zu wenig Komfort bietet - es gibt in Berlin genug 5-Sterne Hotels, aber natürlich nicht zu diesem Preis.

Das Hotel ist sehr ungepflegt, dies ist Dank einer Großbaustelle mit Abrissarbeiten noch deutlich verstärkt. Parkplätze sind keine vorhanden bzw. die 6 verfügbaren sind nicht frei. Parken im Umfeld ist sehr teuer. Die Bilder des Hotels sind dem Anschein nach direkt nach der Eröffnung entstanden.

Het hotel was zeer netjes. De medewerkers waren aardig en behulpzaam. Ondanks de verbouwing naast het pand was er geen geluidsoverlast. De hygiëne was uitstekend. Er kan om alles gevraagd worden, opladers kunnen gehuurd worden. Metro station is dicht in de buurt en voor een dag ben je wel zoet aan de kurfursterdamm. Ik zou hier zeker terug komen.
