Brilliant stay. Friendly staff, beautiful interior and rooms. The facilities were well looked after, also had a massage which was brilliant. All in all would stay again, great Hotel

Well located near a large train station and a u bahn station. Area felt safe. Lovely breakfast and breakfast room.helpful staff.

The lobby and corridor leading to the rooms smell like there is a dead rat somewhere. More shock when the room window open to a public patio. After much haggling with the reception, managed to change a room but it faced the noisy main road. No complimentary parking at this hotel and overnight parking cost EUR34. Last time I'll be staying this hotel brand

The hotel is excellently maintained - an excellent breakfast including the service of the kitchen staff - the hotel services are excellent - the attitude of the reception staff was excellent - we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel - I would happily return to this hotel - highly recommend

Good location, near plazas and city center

Nice location close to metro and facilities. The breakfast was great. Pool clean and well kept although it closed at 9:30pm on Friday. WIFI excellent. Room facilities were also good. Would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Location is great! Walking distance to shopping street. The subway is only about 8 minute's walk away. The room looks a bit dated but generally its clean. We choose not to have our room clean daily. The breakfast spread is ok, but the staff are friendly. Overall, it's a very standard business hotel but nothing special in particularly.

The location is not that good. Far from places like Alexanderplatz and Wall. There is no Resturaunt in the hotel barring for breakfast

Good hotel, poor service. Just not the polite ambience you’d expect from any hotel, let alone a 4* From concierge to spa staff. The place itself is clean and breakfast was nice.

Very friendly and professional staff. Room is small but clean and nice. Bed was great. Definitely moneys worth stay.

Amazing website

The hotel was well located with nearby attractions and public transport. There were also a lot of restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was decent and had enough of variety. The hotel kept the gym and spa open unlike some other hotel chains nearby which was very welcome. The staff was friendly and any issues were resolved immediately once you ask for it.
