A short walk from the zoo train/metro station. The staff is friendly and always available. Probably one of the top choices for this price point in Berlin.

Very good city hotel in a central location very close to the Zoologischer Garten train station. The hotel is small but nice. The rooms are clean, modern and have comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. Guests can look forward to a rich breakfast. We can recommend the Indigo with a clear conscience.

The waiter was a bit strange. He didn't pick up the things on the floor after cleaning the table.

The location of the hotel is great

The location is very good. The room is not too big, but it is exquisite and clean. The room I live in is close to the back garden, so the sound insulation is very good and quiet, not noisy. The common fault of European hotels is that there is no kettle in the room, no free mineral water is provided, and the breakfast is relatively monotonous, 20 euros per person. The decoration design style of the hotel belongs to the small and beautiful style of children. If it weren't for the price of 1300 RMB per night during the exhibition, it would be worth 80-100 euros in normal times.

就是一般的商務酒店，地理位置很好，距離柏林動物園車站步行衹要5分鐘就可以到，但是酒店設施沒有什麼，好像有個健身房，但是是在地下室，酒店早餐還可以，如果是訂房時有附贈就不錯，如果沒有，而外加價購買不划算，酒店周邊平價又好的早餐店不止一家。

This hotel is perfectly acceptable but not a trip highlight. For a clean and reasonably priced stay you won't be sorry you chose it. The location is good, a five minute walk from the huge Zoological Gardens transit station, from which you can easily get to the airport or anywhere in Berlin. The rooms are small but well designed and the beds are comfortable. The hotel breakfast had a good variety including made to order omelets if desired. We paid for breakfast for one day when we realized we had to leave too early to use it and for some reason they were unable to refund the charge, although they offered to pack us some food (which was not practical to try and eat on our laps during travel). Altogether this place was fine but the accommodations and service lacked the wow-factor that would justify a five star review.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Indigo Berlin for 4 nights in mid-April 2024. Very friendly service at the reception. Our room was a bit small but comfortable and clean. Shower had good pressure. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked well. Our rate did not include breakfast - we added a buffet breakfast for 25 euros a person per day - a bit pricey but easier than walking around looking for a breakfast place. Hotel is located 5-minutes away from the Zoological Gardens main train/bus station as well as a supermarket. You can buy a tourist ticket for the public transit at the hotel as well. Lots of restaurants around in the area. I would stay at this hotel again - thinking of a trip to Berlin in March 2025!

The upside, the room was clean and some of the staff was friendly and helpful. The downside, the room was pretty small for the price but the thing that bothered us the most was the first impression we got. The woman that checked us in acted as if we didn't belong there (we don't "wear our money") and made a weird statement about the fact that we were using a different card for our deposit as opposed to the one we used to make the reservation. I thought it was just me but the look on my husband's face said no it wasn't. I would suggest that management remind their staff to never judge a book by it's cover.

I would highly recommend staying here if you are running the Berlin Marathon. Being from North America, I had a preference to stay at a hotel that was a known brand to me. This hotel is a part of the IHG brand (Holiday Inn). You can expect the same type of experience that you would expect from any other IHG hotel. It was a very short walk to the zoologischer garten S-bahn station which makes travel to the Marathon easy (and other tourist sites for that matter). The above ground railway gives you multiple trains to access (S5/S7/S9 etc) and the distance/time is very short (less than 20 minutes to get to Berlin main station (including the walk from the hotel to the station). This year, the hotel was hosting a pasta dinner each night leading up to the race. This made it easy to get a nice "carbo loaded" dinner without leaving the hotel. I had pasta both nights and both times the food was excellent. Hopefully they will do again in future years. There was also a breakfast available race morning although I did not opt to take it. My room was exactly as pictured on the website. The shower was fantastic with handheld and waterfall options. The property has stairs for those who do not like elevators. At the time of this review, you can walk up and down stairs with no issues (you just need your room key to access the floor). I asked for a wake-up call on Marathon morning (as a backup to my phone alarm) and it worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful at every step of the way (no issues in only speaking English). All in all, a great experience!

Primarily book this hotel as we had a gig at the Olympiastadion ( worth visiting either way , what a stadium) . Anyway the hotel is very convenient to Zoologischer from where you can reach anywhere in Berlin. We have used Indigo elsewhere and they are reliable brand. Hotel room was a bit small but nice bathroom, efficient space and great air con ( was 33deg) . Staff very friendly and breakfast was a real treat with nice garden outside to sit and enjoy. Wee extra was a foot bath ( baby paddling pool) after a long day on the streets. There is a small square close buy with bars and restaurants + bikini mall across the road. If you don’t have much planned West then maybe not ideal location , plus side is your 1st on s-Bahn to airport which gets packed after central station . Enjoy
