Novotel Berlin am Tiergarten Reviews

The hotel was good, and next train station, the only issue was that they provided me a Twin bed even though I requested for double bed.

All good but i booked a queen room and ended up with a small twin bed.. but overall was ok

Nice hotel just beside metro. Nice restaurant around. Had a good rest.

EVERYTHING is very good! Service point 2/5 is due to a bad experience of being double charged. I believe it is only done by mistake and now it's the time to see how soon Novotel Berlin can recover the double charged. 4 days gone and I have not received their e-mail acknowledgement, which i believe is the top 1st thing to do, but they didn't.

Their customer service, facilities, hotel maids, restaurant,and food service are all excellent. Very convenient and walking distance to and from train station. Surely, I‘ll be back again to Novotel.

The price/performance ratio is very high. Ctrip is cheaper than the front desk. This hotel is connected to the Sbahn light rail station. It has a great view of the Tiergarten forest in the city center. It has a sauna but no swimming pool. The upgraded room has a bathtub.

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. This hotel is close to the destination for business trips and can be reached on foot. The surrounding environment is also very good. Overall, I am satisfied 👍

It's OK. There is a light rail station very close. Although I didn't take it, it's not far to walk to the surrounding areas.

The room was quite clean and the service was good. I stay here often. There is a subway right outside my door and direct access to the airport. The transportation is very convenient. Not far away is the Technical University of Berlin, and next to it there is a great porcelain museum and a Mercedes-Benz exhibition hall.

It looks like a domestic Samsung. The advantage is that it is very close to the subway station. The building next to the subway station is

Check in later on the first day and give an ordinary twin room
