nice location

Hotel was in a convenient spot near a bus stop. Next to a big road but couldn't hear the traffic from my room. Staff were nice and the room was big, with a great view of the city. Would recommend and come again.

The location is good for travel in Berlin, convenient to take public transportation, easy walk to the museum island.

Hotel is clean staff is friendly and helpfull . only you have to approach it through taxi . ubahn is 400m aprox away but still might be better to access ubahn in near that’s missing at all highly recommended

It was the most spacious and comfortable to stay among the European hotels I have experienced so far. It was a trustworthy Novotel, and although it was a bit disappointing that water was only provided on the first day, the overall room condition was good. I was satisfied with the location as it was easy to use because there was public transportation nearby and it was also good for walking.

There is a bus stop right in front, and major tourist attractions are easily accessible within a 30-minute walk. Cheap price. A good value hotel for under 100 euros. The exterior and entrance are clean and appear to have been renovated. The hotel rooms have carpets and the bathrooms seem to be designed to accommodate people in wheelchairs. However, carpeting is a consideration for people with rhinitis. I was surprised when they opened the door and came in before checking out, saying it was housekeeping.

Since it's a museum island, I thought I could go everywhere on foot, but it's not accessible on foot unless you take the bus. It's closer to Ostbahnhof than Hauptbahnhof. The night view of the Berlin Dome from the room is beautiful 👍🏼

The purpose of this trip was to see exhibitions on Museum Island. The hotel's location is ideal, especially in rainy and snowy weather in winter, so you can quickly enter the museum. I was lucky enough to stay in the hotel's largest room for four nights, and overall I was satisfied. There are two suggestions: 1. The bathroom area is large enough and wet and dry areas should be separated. There is a problem with finding a slope on the ground. Once it rains, the whole bathroom is filled with water. 2. The waiter did not knock on the door when cleaning, which surprised me! How could this happen in a four-star hotel in Berlin? ! And more than once...

Really bad. Please don’t book this place. The room I stayed in was actually not small, but there was a very small bed in such a large room. I felt like it was a child sleeping. Other facilities are also very basic. The same goes for the restroom, which is large but the facilities inside are rudimentary and small. I felt like I was in prison. Although the service staff was very nice, I can only give a negative review. btw, the price of more than 1,000 per night is not the price of a youth hostel, right? The conditions are not as good as a youth hostel.
