located just right next to the Berlin (10secs walking distance). the staff is so friendly. the room is spacious and well-designed. recommend

The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. I did not think through just where it was located and was not prepared for the big groups of teen students staying in the hotel. Despite quiet time starting at 10pm, it was well past midnight and they were laughing and talking loudly in the corridor, banging on each others' doors. I did not sleep well here. Breakfast was good but a bit chaotic.

Posizione buona di fronte a una stazione da dove si può andare comodamente ovunque anche in aeroporto , attaccato anche alla east side gallery , camere standard funzionali e pulite , colazione buona anche se un pò costosa (16 euro e 90) , frequentato da una clientela giovane , piccolo problema sul check in che si può fare solo dalle 15 e 30 in poi , se si arriva prima bisogna mettere le valigie in un deposito a pagamento che consiste in dei box con procedura di apertura non proprio intuitiva il numero dei box è limitato per cui possono essere tutti pieni per cui deve intervenire il personale che gentilmente risolve il problema , quello che non capisco è il motivo per cui si devono creare problemi al cliente quando invece tutto dovrebbe essere facilitato , volete far pagare il deposito chiedete una cifra fissa e trovate uno spazio dove lasciare le valigie punto .

Raccomando questo albergo che unisce il confort del hotel con la praticità e del Hostel. E situato direttamente alla East side Gallery, al bordo del fiume Spree e di fronte al Ostbahnhof, posizione molto strategica per raggiungere tutti i siti d'interesse (anche l'aeroporto Schönefeld senza dover fare cambio con i mezzi pubblici) e per uscire la sera. Personale è cordiale e non troppo formale. L'albergo è moderno (ha tutto, wifi, locali j terni, lavanderia self, cucina condivisa) e grande ma uno si sente al proprio agio.

Lovely hotel in great location for Uber Arena which was 10 mins walking distance. Staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. Room great and loved the fact that you could request housekeeping if you needed it. I would happily stay here again, as easy to get around Berlin as it's opposite Ostanbhopf station.

This hotel is super easy to reach if you travel by train because it’s literally a 2 minute walk from the Ostbahnhof. While the reception looks a bit dark when you first come in, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Within a few minutes I was in my room, which was unfortunately located directly next to the elevators so I could often hear other guests. The view from the room right into the Spree was worth it though, and I love the interior decorations. There were also some nice accommodations in the room, like a bottle of water, a nespresso machine with a few free capsules, tea, a hairdryer and some shampoo and shower gel. There was no iron to button my shirt with, but I borrowed one at the reception free of charge. Breakfast was included in my booking, and there is a fair selection of topical foods like Brötchen, egg, beans, yogurt etc. I did not like the coffee but that’s just because I’m very picky about coffee. Overall I had a pleasant stay here, albeit the location of my room wasn’t ideal. (I did not ask for a room change because I was mostly out in the city anyway)

Great location, not too far out from the main city but easy to get anywhere with Ostbahnhof station across from you. Rooms were clean, fairly spacious and very modern with good facilities. Self check in & out was very straightforward and easy to use along with the online key card service.
