On arrival we already received a grumpy reception, the young man did not feel like it and we paid € 50 too much, in costs that were incorrect. Finally got it back after a lot of hassle. We got a queen size bed even though we booked king size. There were also pieces of shell and stones in it. Mini bar was empty. Bar and restaurant have been closed for the entire stay due to understaffing, so we had to go outside for every meal. Parking spaces are very tight and the number is insufficient, in addition, it is unguarded. Yet you pay 20 € per day. Very bad, we will never come here again.

The hotel has Dirty linen, which wasnt Fresh. The towels Where Also dirty. Breakfast was too small. The hotel is near Potzdamer Platz. The Bathroom felt dirty and it was bad cleaning. Bad service overall. I am disappointed. Do not recommend.

Beautiful rooms, very well equipped with aircon, decent tele and just a comfortable stay. Friendly staff and a clean environment. didn't use the bar facilties as was only staying one night then flying out again... For the price..definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in..

Not recommended!!! Really rude receptionist. We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Upon our arrival we found a very dirty room and two single beds, not a double bed. we reported to the receptionist but on our return the room was not clean. dust on the desk and on the bedside tables.dust on the ground. dirty bathroom. Dirty windows. Tiny wardrobe. Still separate beds. Really very uncomfortable for 4 nights. The price is not appropriate for such a hotel.

Helaas kunnen wij de slechte recensies beamen. Super leuk dat de gordijnen automatisch openen en sluiten, ik heb liever een schone kamer en een werkende airco. Het is op dit moment 17 graden buiten en 27 graden in de kamer, met name de badkamer is smerig (= overal vieze vlekken/vegen, gele plekken,etc.) en het ruikt niet fris. De ligging van het hotel is perfect en de parkeerplek is overdekt en afgesloten. Voor deze prijs hadden we zeker geen ‘hoge verwachtingen’, enkel dat de basics op orde zijn. Denk er goed over na of je dit hotel wilt boeken.
