We stayed in a premium studio and it was exactly what we wanted! The room was quite big with separation between each ‘room’, there was all the amenities in the room we needed - fridge, hairdryer, full length mirror, makeup mirror.
The room has a balcony, there’s not much of a view but would be nice in summer.
Hotel lobby is lovely downstairs, staff are friendly and you are able to leave luggage. 5 min walk to underground station so great location

The room facilities were very old, and I found blood stains on the pillow in the middle of the night. I was really disgusted. The hotel will not provide compensation and the service attitude is very poor, lightning protection.

Very nice service, but the rooms were smaller than expected as the room names on Trip.com are not the same as the hotel's website.

We took the subway from the main train station. Hassle free. The hotel is tucked away on a side street. Next door is a kindergarten - very nicely designed, the view from the balcony of the opposite residential buildings is interesting (in between there is a large green area). The interior itself looks a bit gloomy at first glance. She is not. All (s) is friendly, clean and wonderfully suitable for a holiday in Berlin. Since it is very centrally located, it still offers the necessary peace and quiet that everyone probably enjoys after a long day in turbulent Berlin. So, gladly again. Even if I had my difficulties with the strange coffee machine (Nespresso). I would have preferred a simple one! Well, is that because of age?
Went for a friends birthday trip for 4 days. Our room was on 7th floor which was fine, the room is very compact, the bathroom could do with some hooks/towel rail as nowhere to hang used towels also could do with shelf in the shower as there is nowhere to put your shampoos etc all in all the room was clean. There is a very narrow balcony which is very unkempt with weeds and we even had a wasp nest under the door outside, we couldn’t open the door in case they came in we were able to open the window slightly, I complained about this next morning, they said there was no availability in our category but could offer another room for extra 30€ which I declined as this was not our fault and also was a health & safety issue, if I had a child with me I would’ve been appalled at & demanded room change. My opinion customer service not good. Breakfast, continental and some hot dishes which is fine something for everyone. The hotel is in a residential area, quite a bit of walking to anywhere, the metro is very good & easy to get around. Lots of varied restaurants & bars. All in all a good trip but probably stay a bit nearer centre if I was to go again. Lots to see & do, and the weather was fantastic.

This is not a hotel. Its a collection of rooms in a building that is not a hotel (according to *******). See the problem is that since every room has a balcony, they don't have to have air conditioning. I arrived at 9pm on sep 4th after it was 34 degrees and the room was so hot, I had to try to sleep with all doors and windows open. This meant that I could not get to sleep it was so hot and woken up at 730am by the noise of lawn mower outside. After I spoke to manager onsite, I was told that there is no possibility of refund for any nights I didn't stay. It was so hot I left to stay at a different hotel and lost £400 on 3 nights. What a disaster this place is. Please avoid at all cost. The room itself was tired and dirty. The bed is as hard as a floor. Horrible place

Easy check very helpful staff, great location for all connections around the city. The receptionist who checked me in couldn’t have been more helpful and personable during my stay a very big thank you to her for arranging an earlier check in to my room at a very reasonable rate

Location is ok, 7 min walk to U Bahn and 3/4 min to bus. Room is alright, nothing more, no frills. No aircon and it was 27-30 degree plus. Furniture is basic and has dents and marks. Bottle of water, 0.5l on arrival but no replacement daily. Says tea/coffee making facilities but there is a coffee machine, no kettle. No tea bags or milk pods but you do get 2 coffee pods as a welcome. Satellite TV advertised but no English speaking channels - not a big deal but still misrepresented. Our room was at the back which is quiet but view is of an office courtyard and balcony never saw the sun. Bed is fine but pillows super soft. Stay was fine but these things for me make the difference to good/excellent.

So the apartments themselves are fine, and the staff are great - BUT be aware their cancellation policy is 90% ! Our flight was cancelled by Ryan Air, and we asked to cancel, no duty managers available and Expedier were not very helpful, took 3 calls to them to get a response. The response finally came Mondrian sticking to their policy 90% of the fee if you cancel or amend dates. Reason being I think is they are only 50% full at the moment looking at the amount of balconies not in use.

Don't stay here. The rooms look nothing like in their online pictures -- significantly smaller and less comfortable (also a smaller TV, if such things matter to you). When I asked the front desk about the discrepancy, I was told it was my own fault for trusting the pictures posted the hotel shared on the web (I was apparently the second person who had raised this issue that day, but the staff did not feel responsible). The service was rude and almost hostile. Positives: Location is convenient, and the rooms are rather quiet. Other negatives: Cleaning is inadequate (I stepped on a previous guest's piece of plastic in the bathroom), and they will not give late check out (even 30 minutes).

Location was excellent and easy to find. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, had all the essentials required to make your stay comfortable. Only slight downside was that the room was pretty small (we stayed a week) and despite having a bar, this was closed the full week which was disappointing.

Basic apartment. Not anything more. Cleaning is average and far from perfect. Bar service is a joke. Don’t rely on bar for night cap. They say 11.30 quote but during our stay we tried to get a drink at 21.30 and the bar had closed for the night. Very disappointed especially when we pre asked the apartment of the bar times. Mondrian Suites is quite away from city centre not close as it makes out. 30 euros by taxi. Look at previous reviews. Not the best place , such a shame.

Lovely apartment, very warm so no need to worry about feeling cold in the winter! Good location not too far from bakeries, restaurants & one of the Christmas markets. Short 10/15 minute walk to the the underground.
