Hotel is close with Underground rail and bus stops but it’s really noisy since it’s in the middle of everything

This was a very good location in Berlin. I was able to walk around safely and get to some great places I wanted to visit, and there's plenty of restaurants in the area and a train, too. The room was clean and in good shape, and they offered a reasonable price. The staff was very nice and helpful, as well.

Good location; just 1 minute away from the nearest U bahn station. Supermarket, restaurants and cafe can be found nearby. Basic amenities such as hair dryer in room.

overall experience was ok. the staffs were quite nice and there is luggage storage service. however, hot water runs out sometimes

No personal amenities inside. Room is so small and old.

Location is great with great service, but amenities are rather lacking with no air conditioner and no lights other than bedside lamps in the bedroom. Cleanliness slightly lacking too.

Location is not at city centre but it is surrounded by metro and bus station so it is easy to go to anywhere. It just takes 20 mins to go to Berlin central station. And nearby there are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. The room is acceptable but don’t expect it to be so clean. But considering the price of it, I would still consider going to this hotel if I come to visit Berlin the next time.

Direct metro access. Clean, comfortable. Near to markets and restaurants etc. Good for easy trips.

Was a bit older but that doesn't really matter. It was a great location with a train station across the road. Overall comfortable and convenient stay

Room was ok. We were not given the room we booked and no information from hotel of the changes.

Pillows very flat and non existent. Some of staff attitude were something to be desired. Beyond basic amenities in the room. €4 for bottle of water in room crazy when vending machine downstairs €2 for water. Didn’t make it easy to redeem incentive for not using housekeeping. Safe in room didn’t work

Comfortable and clean place to stay, not expensive at all. The only thing lacking is bidet or toilet shower, but it is my opinion.

Our Room was very spacious and the Hotel is directly located in between two Train Stations. The Equipment of the room is a Bit old and could be updated.
