it is business class hotel . Location is far from general attraction but it is a nice clean hotel.

Overall it was a good hotel in a good location so I can’t complain. I woke up too late after a late night so didn’t get to eat the breakfast but that’s entirely my fault. Very nice bar area also to have a few drinks in the evening. Also they allowed me to check in early as I was extremely tired which was much appreciated so thank you.

The Hyperion is located near to underground (U-Bahn) Station „Güntzelstrasse“ which offers direct access to West Berlin center „Bahnhof Zoo“ or with a bit more walk or train change (Berliner Straße) a direct east-west underground line. Directly next to the Hotels there are restaurants, supermarkets and a drug store.
The hotel is very clean and with modern equipment. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and has all you need (incl fridge and coffeemaker) you need.
The surrounding area is quiet (not traffic can go through the street - but access by car is possible). The area is safe even though Berlin reduced lighting to save energy.

The location is 15 minutes away from thr Kurfürstendamm, however, you need quite a long time in order to arrive at the city center.
The service, especially at the reception, is not professional at all, sometimes even rude. They did not explain anything to me while checking in.
The housekeeping does not pay attention, the dif not refill the coffee capsules, sometimes they even forgot to bring new towels.

The hotel is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The room is great. There is a supermarket next to it. It is very close to the residential area and it is a white community. The hotel breakfast is also great. The Chinese stomach can tolerate it. Add it to your favorite list. I will stay at this hotel next time in Berlin.

The location is not very good. After getting off the zoo, you have to transfer to the subway for a few stops and then walk for a while to get there. The neighborhood is quite cold. The price of more than 1,000 yuan is not worth it to change to a more prosperous place next time. There are Chinese restaurants, gourmet houses and Wangjia No. 1 nearby. The warm breeze in winter made the room very dry. I woke up several times during the night and my lips peeled.

There is no trash can in the toilet. The container for adding water to the coffee machine is broken, and the lid fell inside. The previous person probably did it and didn't take it out. Check-out is too slow, and some guests are not of high quality and are annoying. There was no personnel diversion. The location is relatively private and there are not many restaurants around.
