good hotel . good location. good convention room and place for meeting

The hotel is in a good location, clean and hygienic. It has a small kitchen which is great. You can cook your own meals. This is very important. Chinese stomachs are not accustomed to eating Western food. The room is relatively spacious and the bed is very comfortable.

Perfect for a weekend trip with children to Berlin, top facilities and ideal location within walking distance to Alexanderplatz

I like it. It's next to Humboldt University. I can go back to the school to have a look.

Good location, good service from staff

Very easy access to public transport. Bakery in the same house made breakfasts easy. Adina "model" suits us well. Silent hotell, yet close to the big Alexander platz market space.

Check in was seamless. The room was modern and stylish, also very spacious, well maintained and well equipped. The location is superb for proximity to major sights, public transport, restaurants, a grocery store and bakery. We would highly recommend.

The hotel itself is ok but not good enough for a 4 star hotel, a bit dated. The best for the hotel is location, perfect for dinning and shopping and easy for transportation to everywhere if the city.

I love the apartment style room with the kitchenette and washer and dryer. It helped me pack a lot lighter!

First we would like to thank the wonderful reception staff for being so welcoming and helpful! The room is very well equipped for all your holiday needs. It was spacious, had a lovely little kitchen with everything you may need including washing up liquid and a cloth! The room was spotlessly clean and had all the bathroom accessories needed. Only thing lacking was perhaps slippers and a bathrobe. The location is brilliant and easy walking distance to all main attractions. Local eateries were brill and very well priced! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would defo return and recommend to others.

After reading the reviews, I had lofty expectations for this hotel. After all, people noted its proximity to many sites, restaurants, and the metro. And while those are all true, the hotel itself was just meh. Front desk staff was courteous and welcoming, however, despite telling them that I had paid through Orbitz, they still charged me. Only after I pulled up the receipt did they do some more “digging” and found that I had already paid. Also, breakfast was lackluster. Eggs were powdered (from a mix rather than made fresh) and bacon was wilted and flavorless. Coffee machine spat out lukewarm lattes and the orange juice dispenser disappeared about 10 minutes after I arrived (just after they opened.) The restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner. Rooms were very small (and dark) for a suite style hotel. The sofa bed folded nearly into the small tv, leaving little room to negotiate around it to the balcony or bedroom. The shower was a step-over tub with folding glass that still allowed ample amounts of water to leak all over the floor. The “gift shop” consisted of a space near the front desk with a few sodas and packages of candy.

A good hotel in a good location for Christmas markets and city centre,l. Comfortable room and facilities, very good sauna, clean, spacious, well serviced room with kitchenette, friendly staff. Water pressure on the 8th floor not good, coffee machine didn't work well, room a little dated for the price. Nothing bad enough to complain about but impacts value for money.

Fantastic stay, staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. They truly looked after us in this well kept, clean and convenient hotel. Highly recommend
