Great hotel through-out from design to comfortable beds. Welcoming and attentive staff. I would highly recommend it

The environment is very good, the breakfast is also very good, the atmosphere of the restaurant is really great, the location is very good, the transportation is convenient, especially to watch the film festival, you can get to the venue soon

Wonderful hotel. Great and friendly staff. Very attentive and helpful. Room was smallish, but well equipped and very clean. Location was great, close to local transport. They also provided a complimentary breakfast which was wonderful and got us started for the day.

Stayed with my wife over the weekend of Berlin Marathon, +during our stay my wife required urgent medical help at 1.30am. The night manager Ian Lindenberg was helpful professional and very supportive getting an Ambulance in which we were blue lighted to the hospital, and making sure I was Okay on my return to the hotel at 4.0am The two young ladies on reception sorry did not get their names were also very helpful, all the staff in the hotel that we came upon were all very good. The hotel is new and modern, but has a warm and elegant feel to it. Central located just 10 minutes walking from Zoölogische Garten station. So train, S-Bahn, U-Bahn and busses are nearby. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and beautiful decorated. The beds are good. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest getting a room courtyard side. The street Infront is busy and across the street is a nightclub that opens at 11:00. You hear some bass coming from it. Altho the sound insulation is great, you will hear it. Breakfast is good, more than you need. The restaurant. It has no name yet because they are still fine-tuning it. The dining room looks beautiful and there is a courtyard to sit and eat as well. Head-chef Giovanni and his team are enthusiastic and determined to give you a great tasteful experience. His passion and drive to create the best food is something I don't see every day. We let Head-chef Giovanni suggest his best food and he suggested the homemade Ragu (spaghetti bolognese). It was out of this world. Simple but fresh and so tasteful. It reminds me of a ragu i had in Italy His desert of macarons or the fresh fruit with his pistachio's Nutella was amazing. So a special thank to head-chef Giovanni. All and all a great experience, A hotel and restaurant we will return to. Side Note: We hope we will be able to buy those bear t-shirts, they are great as a souvenir.

We stayed in the junior suite. First night it was too cold - this was fixed right away by the amazing staff. There was also a misunderstanding regarding the breakfast (you need to pay for it - which was not the case) i could clear it up in 5 minutes. Breakfast had great variety and was tasty. fitness room is just being installed and does not exist yet.

The Hotel was new and Renovatet even when not all was finishd it was a verry plesant stay the Staff of the Hotel was really friendly an helpfully i will defintly book this hotel again

What a lovely hotel. Great stay, beautiful rooms, great location, brilliant team. Will definitely use this as my Berlin base. All my wishes were accommodated without problem, can’t wait to come back for such a special experience once more.

Everything was great, especially the service. I will definitely be back and I would recommend it to everyone. I was there with my friends and we had amazing time. Food was excellent and you can see that they really put an emphasis to a service.Everyone at the hotel was very helpfull, we got all the information we needed.

Dirty hotel! Too expensive and its just dirty everywhere. Location: the hotel is located in Kudamm. Few blocks from shopping district. Lot of restaurants as well. Checkin Process: checkin process is quick. Cleanliness: everywhere is dirty!! From the floor to the kettle. The kettle has molds. I even ask for a replacement of the kettle and the guy gave me another one which also has molds! Lol are you kidding me? The rugs have stains like red stains. I hope it was not a crime scene before. Beds: the bed are soft, too small for a single bed. Bathroom: it is okay. Huge shower area. Service: the front desk was not helpful when I asked to replace the kettle, he couldnt find a clean one. So his solution for me is to get hot water at the bar. Will not stay again. Hoping to get another cleaner hotel when I visit Berlin.

Stayed in a Courtyard Twin room for 5 nights in Sep 2023. This was far and away the best hotel in our 2-week trip. The room was very big for Europe with strong air-con, and the beds were big and wide. Room was clean, and while the daily housekeeping did a good job, the bathroom is a bit tired and could use a refresh. But it was clean enough that it wasn't a big problem. Location is good, slightly off the Kudamm shopping area, so it's lively in the day but nice and quiet at night. Hotel is about 10 mins walk to the Zoologischer Garten station (S & U-Bahn and regional trains) and there's a U-Bahn station entrance (Kurfürstendamm station) right next door.
