I would recommend for short stay or if you are on tight budget. 
Room was clean and comfortable.

The hair dryer in my room was not working. The room was so cold. The receptions could not speak English very well so they couldn’t understand my words. It was claimed that there would be a vending machine actually it was but it does not have water as the most important thing!  The location is a little bit far away from public transportation.

The location was ok, but the hotel itself is old and not very clean. Our room (nr 20) was at the first floor and a burglar broke into it while we were out. Backpacks and other stuff was stolen. Hotel fixed the door but was unable to give us a new room. We moved away. Never again. Berlin police was friendly, but that was not our idea of a nice holiday.

The budget room is small and very dark. When booking a hotel, pay attention to the room area. Good location, convenient transportation nearby, many luxury shops. The environment is very good nearby.
