We made a binding booking for a deluxe suite with 2 bedrooms for 3 people back in June 2021. On the day of arrival in May 2022, we were informed by email in the morning during our arrival that the booked category was not available and that we would be "downgraded" to a smaller 1-bedroom apartment for no reason. Our reference to our 70-year-old grandmother who was traveling with us and in need of care and the need for a 2nd bedroom was deliberately ignored. Any reference to the existing binding booking was left uncommented. Due to a lack of alternatives, we were forced to spend 3 nights there under these circumstances. Since this company apparently does not respect the binding nature of a booking or the well-being of the customer in any way, we can only expressly advise against booking here, as in the long term nobody knows which apartment they will actually get!

The apartment was perfect, welcoming and clean, it was possible to graduate the temperature of the radiators, the bathroom was clean with hot water and good pressure, and a hairdryer. Totally disappointing: a family was so completely ripped off - I would never have thought that. A few days before arrival the price was massively increased - then on the day of arrival a 2-room apartment was turned into a 1-room. Unfortunately, this looks like massive software problems - and deliberate overbooking to maximize profits. After a complaint to customer service, the entire booking was simply canceled by email. I would never book again.

Very good and spacious apartment. We are a family of 3, and had plenty of space in a 3 room apartment. Everything was fine, nice kitchen, minimalistic interior but with everything we needed. Very clean and an excellent location. All ready looking forward to visiting again

We visited Berlin Jan-feb2022 - we were a family of three and stayed here - We stayed in a superior suite at The Schoenhouse by Limehome. Our room was the largest in the property measuring 53m2. So what I describe may not be there in the other apartments which are different in size and cost. Limehome is a boutique company that has these beautiful service apartments all across Europe. What struck me was the beautiful, elegant and simple interior designs and furniture - classy, very comfy, and very fancy. We stayed in a superior suite that came with a large sitting room and kitchenette and dining area. It also had a lovely wooden floored patio and sit-out area. the bedroom was very large with a double bed, a full-length mirror, and a cupboard. The couch in the sitting room turned into a large very comfy double bed. The kitchen unit had everything one could possibly want - coffee machine, all kinds of pots, pans, cutlery, wine opener (yay!) sieves, knives, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, two types of glasses, and even espresso shots! The bathroom was lovely - again well equipped with towels, shampoo, tissues, toilet seat covers. The TV was a smart TV - with over 300 channels (although 90% of them were in German!) and so we watched Prime, Disney, Youtube when we couldn't step out due to the cold. The rooms were very well heated. The location is fantastic... 900m from Alexanderplatz... and it had many eateries, restaurants, cafes, 24/7 convenience stores, liquor stores, departmental stores all either downstairs or just 300-400m away. The check-in process was super-smooth. What a wonderful new home we have found and experienced in Berlin. It was a happy accident that we found this online and we are so glad that we did!! The apartments are impeccably clean, well maintained and very well equipped. Every evening when we returned we looked forward to returning home - not a hotel, not a service apartment - but a home. Loved the sit-out area and the on-location team was super helpful. Thank you for a wonderful time. We shall definitely stay here again.

5 nights in a superior suite on the ground floor of the rear building (self-catering apartment, 1 living-dining room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom): Pro: The location is very central, close to Alex. Our superior suite offered a lot of space (53 sqm). The technical equipment and furniture met all expectations. Access via 2 key codes was problem-free. Cons: Parking is only possible with luck in the side streets and costs 1 euro / hour (9 a.m. to midnight). The main room of the suite does not get enough daylight. The shower rod and partition above the bathtub are so poorly positioned that the whole bathroom is automatically flooded. From 8 a.m. onwards, garbage cans, etc. are moved almost every day with a lot of noise. The renovation work is not yet complete, there is still building material in the entrance. All in all, therefore, 140 euros / night is not exactly cheap.
