The hotel is near Alexanderplat train station & it is convenient to go everywhere. The Museum island is only 25 min walk. The restaurant of the hotel is delicious & a wide variety of food to choose. I recommend it.

Area is nice and close to our favourite places.
Rooms are small without fridge.
Air conditioner is good enough.
One night it was an alarm at 3am. Notifications was in German. People came out. None of us knew what the matter is because we don't understand German. We were confused and didn't know where the fire exit is. We were at the middle of the stairs that one of the gusts came back and said it was fire in the kitchen. It's sorted now!

Very nice hotel if you’re on a budget. A 2 minute walk from Alexanderplatz station and it’s just a 10 minute walk to museuminsel. Plenty of choices for places to eat around as well. The breakfast was great, lots of choices and it goes until 11am. Room was nice too, I had no complaints.

The hotel was comfortable! And it was near Alexander station, so good. I want to book again when I come to Berlin again.

Good location (close enough to Alexanderplatz), very good breakfast- variety of choices, nice& comfort room- but no safe box, no shampoo, hair drier is short working. Cleaning is ok. Staff is willing to help, especially the dining room ones. Great loby service- F&B 24/7 and very nice service staff.
So don't hesitate. Go there :)

It's located very close to Alexander Platz which facilitates getting around a lot. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is very good.

The hotel was a good distance to center like There is 10 min walking distance from metro U. Breakfast is not much various but enough. Only problem is that there is a shower tempareture problem. We tried 3 different rooms, all room has it. I think that this is general problem.

This is a great hotel close to Alexanderplatz, which is one of my favorite areas of the city. The Hauptbanhof is nearby, the Fernsehen Tower, tons of shopping and food! The hotel does include a breakfast with something for everyone. And there are even hot food options available in the evening of you don't feel like going out. Everyone was very friendly!
