Serviced apartments. Just next to the station. The station is a large shopping mall. There are supermarkets/clothing department stores. Food store. But there are many Middle Eastern/Islamic people nearby. A little scared at night. The room has a kitchen/fridge. The room is huge. The bathroom is oversized

The couch was cramped for 2 adults. The slats were broken. We slept on the floor and then a 90 cm wide bed was installed for one of the people sleeping on the floor. The other continued to sleep on the floor. The 90cm bed was collapsing from the front in the middle of the night.

The picture of the room is very decisive. Basic room which apparently is a apartment!! with poor quality bedding. Building work outside the room starting 07:30/08:00. The area surrounding the hotel is rather run down and not a place you would want to go out for a meal or a drink. The only positive thing is that you don't want to spend any time in or near the hotel making you want to explore the wonderful sites and areas of Berlin.The train station is only a couple of minutes walk so you can escape quickly.

Wir waren zu dritt im Apartment eingebucht, bekamen leider nur zwei große und zwei kleine Handtücher. Wurden am nächsten Morgen gewechselt leider wieder die falsche Anzahl. Frühstück pro Person 24€ viel zu teuer.
Hatten ein Apartment ohne kücheninhalt ( Teller, Tassen…
Dies kann man zubuchen, eine Küchenbox für 30€ am Tag. Also das kennen wir anders. Das Spa ist zur Zeit nicht in Betrieb..
Werden dort nicht mehr buchen.

Super gelegen. U-Bahn in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - unser Wunsch nach einem Zusatzbett wurde umgehend erfüllt.
Frühstück prima - für jeden etwas dabei.

The only thing a huge let down is their terrible wifi connection and as an outsider you need it all the time. Otherwise room was good and spacious, staff were ok and the breakfast was great! There is a huge train station near by - Berlin Gesundbrunnen - and a huge mall surrounding it. Very well connected to Alexanderplatz, heart of Berlin from where you can go to almost all points of interest. Recommend. Will stay again provided they improve the wifi.

Outstanding customer service herewe don’t speak much German - Ladies at Reception spoke Perfect English and were truly lovely - they really went above and beyond to help us. Cleaning ladies were lovely too. Very cool & slick apartment. Soundproofed! Super quiet, Great beds, fluffy less fluffy & firmer pillow choice, huge bathroom with large bath, excellent air conditioning, Brilliant restaurant - excellent menu and service. vending machines for takeaway coffee snacks etc in apartment block foyer. Close to Gesundbrunnen station - easy to find - easily buy tickets from machines. Next to supermarket at shopping mall. Brilliant fruit & vegetable shop. Also Great coffee, salads, rolls, fruit salads, cakes, cookies etc. available to purchase at train platform café ❤️
