호텔이 아니라 에어비앤비입니다.
인터넷에서 체크인을 해야 하는데, 체크인을 해야 하는 링크를
전달받기 어렵습니다.
숙소의 시설은 완벽에 가깝습니다. 체크인은 어려웠지만, 체크인 이후로는 투숙 기간을 연장하려고 했습니다.
다만 앞서 이용한 사람의 쓰레기가 그대로 남아 있었고, 샴푸와 치약, 칫솔도 미처 준비되어 있지 않아, 개인적으로 준비해 간 것들을 사용하였습니다.

Everything was great after we got in. Getting details for entrance was through an email and no front desk for questions. Very helpful when I called, just stressful start. Location and facilities were wonderful, clean, and spacious.

Checking in system is very terrible!
I send e-mails to them many times to need a entrance code, but I failed. As no person tare care it. According to their check in system, we sent my passport and pictures three times but I still can not get it. Why ?

Eine einzige Katastrophe. Um 2 Uhr früh wurden wir aus unserem Apartment ausgeschlossen . Der Zugang zum Haus mittels Pin funktionierte nicht. Nachdem sich schon 4 Zimmer verzweifelt vor der Tür versammelten schafften wir es die Nothotline zu erreichen. Es folgte eine Odyssee durch eine Tiefgarage und ein Labyrinth durch einen undurchdringlichen Rohbau. Mein Ansinnen auf eine Entschädigung für diese furchtbare Nacht wird Ignoriert. Ein Techniker sollte zwischen 11 - 15 Uhr zu uns ins Zimmer kommen um eine Inspektion durchzuführen. Falls wir nicht da wären sollten wir doch dafür sorge tragen unsere Wertgegenstände mitzunehmen. Alles ein Witz den ich in dieser Form noch nie erlebt habe. Werde mich jetzt an die Geschäftsleitung wenden und eine Mail an ******* verfassen. Sehr schade.
