really great stay, enjoyed everything; great service, very nice!!

This is a homey hostel. If you want to be noticed without being told and if you want solid customer service, you may not be satisfied. If you like communicating in English, you will enjoy the fact that there are many people who are very easy to talk to. Of course, the distance is kept while maintaining privacy. If you are used to traveling alone and can live independently to a certain extent, you will be able to spend your time here very comfortably. Whether you can spend your time here comfortably depends on your personality. In the dormitory room, the only cleaning that comes in is changing the trash until you check out. So, if about five people stay in a dormitory room for several weeks, the room will become full of trash and dust. If it bothers you too much, you will need to borrow a broom from somewhere and clean it yourself. However, for this price, I feel that even with such services, it is worth the price.

Super hospitality from the staff. A bit dogdy neighbourhood, but we never exeperienced any irregularties (went as family). A bit noisy with door slammering late at night. All in all, liked the place and do recommend it.

From all the hostels I have been this was the most comfy pillow and blanket I surely had a good rest. There are sockets next to bed. I also loved the lobby area and the possibility to buy beers in reception (3 euro) which was amazing because in the evening there is nothing really open around. Also was delighted to have a welcome drink upon arrival. The location is appx. 10 minutes by walk from the metro station to which you need to make change from airport. But generally had no problem finding it from the airport. Overall, it was a good experience. The area is quiet at night.

Good price for what you get. It's clean but noisy. I would recommend ear plugs and maybe a sleeping mask.

What a find! Not the best of areas but the hostel is very modern, super clean and tidy. Breakfast on offer too. Great selection of cold meats and cheeses. Croissants, yoghurt, cereals etc. Free coffees and teas from the urn although ' fancy' coffees and teas were available from behind the reception. Super WiFi. 5 min walk to the u bahn station. Great location. I will definitely be back.

Honestly my stay up until today was half ok. Some of the female staff were wonderful and really sweet. My room’s bathroom kept leaking or maybe one of the girls wasn’t showering correctly because it flooded the room more than once. Today however was terrible. My trip to Berlin extended, so I extended my stay. I told the staff the night before that I had extended and showed him my booking. He looked on the computer but suddenly gave up and wrote a hand written note my name and that he’d check again in the morning. Didn’t tell me that I needed to come back or anything, said he’d have it sorted. I left for business and came back locked out of the room. Went to get my card checked and then was told my bed changed. I then found they’d removed everything off of my bed, and shoved it all haphazardly into a garbage bag. Moisturiser had leaked over clothes, letters and postcards I’d written to family completely trashed. Came back to find myself in a bunk that I can barely climb with my injured knee. The other staff I spoke to said “I mean I don’t know. Just maybe don’t leave your stuff unattended? Not that there’s anything i can do” completely unbothered. Which was devastating considering I’d done everything right to stay here. Honestly all the staff except one taller man in catering/coffee and one small blonde lady are appalling. I don’t know their names but if you come here don’t bother to ask any other staff for help, they’ll only seem bothered by you.

Finding parking space was difficult and there were not any shower facilities available like towel, shampoo etc.

Very nice, friendly, comfortable place. We will recommend to friends

The hostel was very good. We had two double rooms, but unfortunately the TV in one of the rooms didn't work. A mechanic was supposed to fix it. Unfortunately, nothing came of it. It would also have been nice if there were two bedside lamps in the double room instead of just one. Otherwise, we enjoyed the holiday. But for all those who complain, it's a hostel and not a hotel. We would stay there again.

Almost new establishment, well located, comfortable and well sound-insulated (at least no noise from the neighborhood). Access to snacks and drinks at reception (they make very good coffees with the milks of your choice). Breakfast buffet for €7.50. Bicycle parking in the interior courtyard. Stay in a private room so I don't know what it's like in a dormitory. The beds are simple but comfortable. Big, soft pillows. Towels extra (3€ for the stay). The staff is friendly and available. Reception is staffed 24/7.

The hostel is nice new and clean. Very minimalist in a good way. There are large groups staying overnight, which can be noisy during the day. But at 11 pm it is quiet. We came by car, it says free parking within 50 m. Yes, if you can find a place to park along the roads. We had to park on another street and you have to look out for signage regarding parking. The residential area around the hostel was not at the nicest end of the scale.
