The hotel property was nice. The room was fine and the location was close to where my event was held. Only thing is at 11 p.m. the family on my floor decided to run the halls and scream and holler. This went on for about half an hour before the local police were called to confront the family with out of control kids. It amazes me how parents are so ignorant to the surroundings and allow their children to act as if they are outdoors.

The staff was amazing and very friendly, rooms were clean and nice. My only complaint was the guests above our room, very noisey and rude.

Hotel itself looks new. Rooms not so new. Scrape marks on the wall that could have been touched up, not enough furniture to sit down on. Only a little care would make this a good stay.

It was good, it could of had better upgrades given the other surrounding hotels have been renovated but it was no big deal. The overall stay was comfortable and the room was great for the price.

Staff was inattentive to needs. Payed up for a suite with tv in sitting area. Got to room no tv in sitting area. Brought to attention of three different employees no answers. Breakfast really ******. I guess you get wat you pay for ( free breskfast)

Our one night stay at this hotel most horrible in the Choice Hotel Chain as Choice Privilege customers. Renovation in progress, outside painting to entrance area. Had made reservation online a week before travel.No mention on website of renovation. Checking into our room all seemed well. An area construction company reserved most Of the rooms for their workers. Room beside ours became extremely loud with music and talking. We were tired after a long day of driving, wanted to rest. We did ask for another room none were available. Returning to our room to eat takeout, pulling out the desk chair discovered a dirty pullover cap and food. Also disposable clothes hangers under desk… obviously poor housekeeping in our room, went downstairs to speak with manager, he was not on duty until next morning. At checkout I gave him the cap in a the trash bag, and explained the horrible experience. He apologized, yet no offer to compensate for the room price for our inconvenience. Offered some extra points to our point balance with Choice rewards. Whether you are a choice member or not, I DO NOT recommend this hotel until new Management and housekeeping at hotel.
