I want to keep this short as lengthy reviews are tough to read 1. Was checked out early by mistake, they wouldn’t remedy this situation without paying more money because they lost my job’s authorization information from early check-in. 2. Front desk associate was laughing and seemed disconnected from the problem, even though she agree they made a mistake. 3. Small suitcase that was in my room was unaccounted for. Theft? Possibly. Customer service help from management (like checking cameras)? None. 4. When asking why my room key didn’t work, the front desk associate flipped her monitor around and said ‘you’re not Thomas?’ Showing me all a guest’s info that they gave my room to. Thomas if you’re out there, did you see my suitcase? 5. The only real response from management was that ‘we require an ID and payment to check you in a second time and you didn’t have an ID.’ I promise you I held my ID up for long enough they know I have an ID. Don’t say here. Try another homewood suites or a different Hilton hotel if you prefer Hilton. Who knows what’s going on here.
