Although location is very good, if we talk of prices then its not so worth...Food Quality and number of Varities are very less...Spa is under process...Cycling was also under process...so acitivity parts was also not much to spend whole day in resort...in terms of services...it was good and yes at the time of check out you will get many calls for asking....WHEN R U CHECKING OUT...continously in every 5 mins...i too got 3 calls in every 5 mins time frame for asking of check out...

Excellent property at excellent place in Coorg. Far away from noise and traffic. It has all the amenities except spa which is under construction. One can spend the whole day without stepping out of the property. Awesome view from the rooms. However valey view premium is the recommended.Food is good, however varieties can be increased for the non vegetarian. Huge options for vegetarians. All staffs starting are cooperative, nice and helpful. Chanchala and Sunil at restaurant were very helpful. Both of them were always ready to help in smiling face.Infinite swiming pool with valey view. Swimming pool is not temperature controlled. Room service is available on special request. As this is Cliff resort, approach road to resort is stiff and required special attention while driving to and from the resort

We visited on a weekend with family of 12. No words are enough to describe how respectful and helpful the staff is at this hotel. They were so warm and ready to help at all times. The rooms are very spacious and come with all the amenities you need. Facilities like the kids park and the swimming pool are very well maintained. Highly recommend this place!

The staff there were very polite and helpful . We felt really good staying there . They even took care of our child while we were having our food . And their food was really good .. we will surely suggest this resort to our families and friends👍😊

Nice property, clean rooms, good food but definitely hospitality of the staff is the icing on the cake. Good location and a Kids friendly place.Visited second time..Hospitality offered by Mr Basher and his team was great...Ms Beena and team in F&B is also really good. Nature walk and swimming pool were very relaxing. Enjoyed Zipline over forest area..

We enjoyed the stay at the resort. Felt very comfy with your service. Location and Ambiance were excellent. Staffs were very supportive. Food was good. Room was maintained well. Overall it was a very good experience. Would love to visit again. I strongly recommend families to visit this resort.

Nice view from valley view rooms. One of the best resorts known for hospitality, valley view from rooms and swimming pool was amazing , tasty and healthy foods, nice staff and cooperative staff . Overall good experience for trip in monsoon saleason
