The elevators are slow, so I hope they can improve that.
Other than that, my overall impression of the stay was that there were no particular issues, and the rooms were clean.

The hotel is not big, but it has 24-hour on-call service. The location is very good, just a short distance from the core shopping area of Beverly Hills. Good value for money and convenient. Parking is not a problem.
