Every person at the establishment that we encountered was very pleasant. Our room (standard) was very comfortable and clean. The buffet was delicious and varied. The pool was cool but once in it was very pleasant. My partner tried the sauna which was also very good. Very good stay. We recommend without hesitation.

I had a very bad stay at this hotel. My friend and I were very poorly received by their hostess, Lucie, who is sorely lacking in education and professionalism! Scorned, bullied and humiliated are how we felt all along. The other employees, on the other hand, showed an example like no other. Breakfast was kindly offered to us, but how can you fully enjoy your stay after being so badly received? The seriousness of the act committed was such that I had to file a complaint yesterday because I obviously do not intend to stop there.

Das Hotel ist gut mit ausreichendem Frühstück 500 m entfernt ist eine Zugverbindung ins Zentrum welche hin und zurück knapp 4€ kostet Ich würde für diesen preis eine Empfehlung aussprechen da die Hotel in zentraler Lage sehr teuer sind. Zimmer war neuwertig und ok für 1-2 Nächte Personal normal Es scheint mir ein Business Hotel zu sein

Réservé cet hotel pour un soir …heureusement! Coté positif: .Excellent buffet du matin . A distance a pied d’une bonne pizzéria Coté négatif .un coté très profiteur, nous sommes arrivés à l’hotel a 14:30 , la personne qui est à la réception nous avise que les chambres seront disponible à 16 30 seulement….par contre pour $15 euro de plus que la réservation initiale il me trouverais une chambre! Jamais vu comme approche!! .Propreté….vraiment comme mentionné par d’autres clients , c’est vraiment un laisser aller, pas digne d’un 4 étoiles J’espère vraiment que le groupe Louvre prenne connaissance de cet avis et apporte les corrections nécessaires ….la propreté n’est pas négociable

Un ottimo albergo per coloro che si recano in auto a Reims oppure che transitano in auto per questa zona. Pur non essendo lontanissimo dal centro è comodo per essere raggiunto in auto da chi proviene dall'autostrada. Albergo molto tranquillo con camere ampie, luminose e pulite. Ampio il bagno con un buon box doccia. La qualità del sonno è stata buona e questo sia per la tranquillità dell'albergo che per la qualità del letto. Ottima la prima colazione a buffet che era completa sia di parte salata che dolce.
