Breakfast is Indian, but there are bread and eggs to eat. The hotel is easy to find right on the side of the road and there is parking. The restaurant has a good singing environment. The dumplings inside are actually fried radish balls and soup ... the hotel is also clean and the size is good. It is possible that the wedding reception outside the hotel will last until one o'clock in the evening, which will be very noisy. If you have this situation before check-in, you must tell the front desk in advance that you may have difficulty changing rooms after check-in.

Tge room was reasonably good. Clean. Bath room accesaries not mentained properly. From office mr rudra was very helpfull during our stay on 30th jun e 24. We forgot our sling bag with val-let inside and few cards but mr rudra aptly called us and gave back the bag hats off to his ki dness and quick action. Stay was generaly fine.

Very Bad Behaviour This is very bad experience in this hotel in morning asking for simple Drinking water bottle Front Staff Hanif Simply refuse to give and give some nonsense excuse and when I asked again for water he is arguing with me and misbehave also Come to Restaurant all chefan dish emtay asked for any option thay said NO . Terrible Experience I will not come again also Try to call General Manager he is not picking up the call this is hotel or Dhava . ZERO BIGH ZERO OBSERVATION AND CLEANING PATHETIC CONDITION OF THE HOTEL.

Very good & well maintained property, but staff is bit arrogant and not aware of their duties. The lady at the reception just handed over our key card & said take a lift and go to room. No escort to show the rooms nor to pick up luggage, further after landing at room door we found that the key cards are not working, so had to come back again and wait a long to get it rectified. When i discussed with her that this not expect able from a brand like vits, she was very arrogant in saying you can escalate this or complain to whom so ever you want as we have a wedding party today and we don't have manpower, over and above the loud music from the party was playing till 11. 45pm inspite of repeated reminders about the disturbance caused. No one is bothered to understand the pain of the guests checked inn.

The rooms we were allocated was a big room, but the walls were damped with colors peeling of at some places. Would have expected a brand like ginger to have aesthetic rooms atleast. The bathroom was not very clean, yes it was wiped off and all dry, but the moment you step in you could identify the slippery floors. Toiletries were missing, had to explicit ask for it. Breakfast didn't justify for the price we paid. For 350+ in town like bharuch is too costly and you expect a decent spread there. Surprisingly no gujarati food options available! the elevator makes you feel claustrophobic, it can accommodate max 3 pax without luggage! though it says 5 pax with 350kg limit (70kg per person is too realistic for an indian adult)
