Hotel Venus Inn Bhubaneshwar

My stay at venus inn was pretty bad actually. For the price they are charging which is more than 2k, the facilities were really underwhelming. The coffee table was all dusty and there was a dent in the bed. There was no network and wifi was not stable (only 1 gb was available. Overall a terrible experience.

The staff behaviour is so bad. I came for medical treatment. I was in the hospital so i told them to extend it by 2 hours, at first they said okay then he calls me and says we are removing your luggage from the room. What the hell is this behavior.

Food is good and staff are courteous.

Room was not clean, mats used are not clean & old. Room was cleaned after reminding housekeeping staff for 3 times. Room floor was dusty & sandy during checkin time.

Rooms are small and bathrooms are poor. No dental kit, complimentary water, soap, towels available. On request they given one soap and towel and the food in the night was not good. Breakfast was good and room service was not good. Over all not worth for money which we are paying.

Mattress size was smaller than bed according to room price is very very very high

It was ok , nothing grt … just expect basic other hotels offer better at the same price
