Great hotel, located on the beach, offering spectacular seaview, especially if you book a frontemarre double room. Our first experience with this hotel has been a positive one, although we did have some issues. The fridge was not working, but they managed to change it with a new one, the next day. Also, we managed to extend our holiday one more day, but în another room. Breakfast was good, and we loved the chef who cooked eggs on the spot, he was very friendly. The hotel offers free parking, free beach seats (each guest is allocated a seat number, which is great), and it was a good surprise to be able to play free pool inside the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff - the barman makes excelllent cocktails, and the prices are better than cocktails on the beach. Many thanks to the manager of the hotel for allowing us the late check-out, without any additional tax, because we managed to fully enjoy our last day în Bibione.

I was in this hotel for a weekend, I had been running in the Bibbione terms. The night between Friday and Saturday somebody in the hotel put music house at 4.30 in the morning for about 15 minutes, I think everyone. On Saturday night at 2.30 of the morning boys under my room began to play clacson and screaming (of who is the Y gray behind their car) waking all the way !!! I go up and see that this car was parked behind the cars and, moreover, almost in the street preventing people from going, calling cleaning and after an hour of manoeuvres they managed to and****ne. And night in white !!! On Sunday morning I go to the course at the ends I take my handbags and take them in the car, while I put the handbags in the car, a girl comes out asking me if I'm taking away the laundry of the building, I look at her just wondering if she seems that I can take or do something like that? ! Alche I tell him that if you don't trust controls as well ... he answered me that you never know ... what's going on and that didn't need control, it comes back without telling me SCUEL !!! Then come back and ask who was this grey Y car that wake up all at night, he told me that if people are unhappy you can't do anything to us and that these boys have parked in the parking lots of the building, So you to pay them thought you would put the car behind him by preventing d'and****ne ... I answer him that this gesture has disturbed all the way and above all his customers ... and then he no longer answers and does not ask for excuse of his gesture twice Maleducated !!! I found all this absurd, leaving lose odour from old on old and ruined dressing, broken toilet tablet! I have to compliment the girl of the cash and reception for her complete lack of professionalism ...

La struttura nel complesso molto bella ma sono costretta a confermare le recensioni negative. Siamo stati nel bungalow avendo il cane e da venerdì che siamo arrivati mai fatta una minima pulizia. Servizio mini club praticamente inesistente e la stanza “riservata” a bambini si trova nel parcheggio sotterraneo - trovo poco sicuro e gradevole lo spazio. Visto il prezzo (che non è’ un nostro problema ma ovviamente porta anche a delle aspettative) siamo delusi del servizio e del complesso. Riguardo il servizio della ristorazione molto buono e abbondante ma tutto a self service con le persone che toccano e si avvicinano al cibo senza alcun limite - tranne i pochi spazi di cucina espressa. Non credo torneremo, peccato perché avrebbe molto potenziale.

The bathroom is particularly noteworthy, very clean with a shower cubicle and new tiles. The kitchen is functional but showing its age. The climate worked well and the proximity to the shop (Ildi) and the beach rounded everything off.
