Services and facilities are very poor. Toilet flush is not working. Receptionist behaviour is not good.

Had a great experience on this hotel. It was close to the railway station so we reached there for our train on time. I'll stay here again if i come to bilaspur next time.

Rooms are very spacious and clean, bath room is also good, ac not working in hot summer later switch the room with staff, staff also very calm and helping

Hotel emperor paradise provided a comfortable stay with attentive staff and clean rooms. The amenities were satisfactory, making for a pleasant experience overall

Room and bathroom are very spacious and well maintained, staff behaviour was good and helpful. But they even didn't provided kettle to make coffee and also not provided tea, coffee and sugar bags which very small hotels are also providing

Rooms are well ventilated and spacious. The bathroom is well maintained and spacious as well. Electronic equipment is functioning properly. The taste of the food is pretty standard. Overall a good experience.
