estuvimos en agosto, no pudimos elegir mejor , ubicación perfecta y la habitación muy bonita con un balconcito, super limpio, hable un par de veces con Ana de recepción no la vi en persona pero super agradable un encanto de mujer, lo recomiemdo100% si volvemos a Bilbao elegiremos el mismo sitio.

Aankomst moelijk, geen code gekregen, na bellen eindelijk. Bij binnenkomst kamer: vreselijke geur van schoonmaakmiddel?? Tranenin ogen. In dit gebouw is niemand, dus op naar andere verhuur. Aardige jongedame, zij kwam kijken en was het met ons eens, hier kon je niet slapen. Opgelost met andere kamer. Geluidshinder van iedereen en alles ( wc/buren) Keek uit op binnenkant, laag dak wasr een dikke rat overheen liep. Conclusie: waar komen die referenties vandaar, dat er vriendelijke eigenaars zijn ...die zijn er niet. Hokjes in oud gebouw beetje opgeknapt en geld verdienen. Enige pluim voor de vriendelijke receptioniste!!! Masr deze " keten"...nooit meer.

No nos ayudaron Pésima atención, llegamos tarde en la noche hicimos miles de llamadas, nos contestaron y como no encontrábamos la dirección donde el GPS nos enviaba, pedimos ayuda, nunca nos ayudaron, la actitud de la señora que nos contestó el teléfono fue displicente y por último no volvió a contestar el teléfono, tuvimos que buscar otro hotel a las 12 de la noche, horrible experiencia!

I went with my friends to visit the city and we couldn't be happier with the place. Super good price, very well located, great room, clean and very good bathroom. Newly renovated and very attentive to everything. We will repeat if we are lucky to return.

Todo fue excelente, tanto la atención como el lugar donde estuvimos hospedados. Incluso, mi hijo rompió una parte del armario del baño y se encargaron de todo sin ningún costo adicional. Totalmente recomendable.
