Carpet needs to be changed otherwise it was clean. Enjoyed pool and the pool area.

The pros,and reason for 2 stars is the employees. Specifically, Brianna,food and beverage manager did a good job trying to correct the problem. Servers. Rose and Trisha were fantastic! The room was nice,large and very clean and comfortable. Now for the cons,cons and cons... I've written a review previously about how they charge for crown royal unless you are a 7 star player so I'm aware of the charges. The problem comes when you pay 10$ for an up charge and a particular server (not either of the ladies mentioned above) serves us some awful swill. He brings this to her attention . She swears she saw it poured out of the bottle. He let's her know this is not what I ordered. He's mad now. Not yelling nor causing a scene. So we get the F and B manager involved. She fixes the problem, or so we thought.... My other half had this happen while I was sitting elsewhere and it wasn't apparent we were together. I order a shot of crown royal and crown royal is served by one of the above mentioned servers. She let's me know she's going on break and another server will be in my area , no worries 👍. My other half was not sitting next to me at the moment when the server came around...I ordered 2 shots of crown . She said it's $10. I said, no problem, I'm aware of the up charge. She said I need it now, before bringing the drinks. I said NO. No other server had ever asked for this.(Why do you think a person would do this??🤔) I'll gladly pay you when you come back. She came back and at this time my other half is sitting next to me. The look on her face changed immediately. She set the drinks down , which I smelled and told her , this is NOT crown royal. She swears it is slams $2 on my machine and walks off!!! Here we go again... now F and B manager involved and we get new drinks, which were what we ordered. At this point I'm so infuriated we decided to leave and go to the Scarlett Pearl. Since we have spent a lot of time trying to get 2 drinks each it's not the fun we were looking for. I came to harrahs to relax, have fun not be served swill by a rude,incompetent waitress. We have both been diamond plus players for 10 years . In the future I'm not sure Harrahs is in it. I'm sure I'll receive the ordinary canned response of how much they "care". 😆 BTW Scarlett Pearl is beautiful , clean , awesome rooms, great food and servers that actually bring you what you ask/pay for. Imagine that!!

It was inconvenient because the water pressure in the sink was low.

The check in was great. My room was nice and very spacious.

Very disappointed in this place for the amount of money they charge. This place is in need of an update bad. Carpet pretty much everywhere needs to be replaced, very dirty looking. The room we were in definitely showed its age. My wife and I were traveling and stayed at two different Holliday Inn Express's two nights and one night in a Drury Inn. They were a third (or less) of the price and way nicer! They also offered free food and drinks included in the price. Since it was a last-minute decision, Harrah's was our only option to spend two nights in a Hotel ****** in the area, others were full. ******** was just okay, never expect to walk away a winner anywhere we go to gamble. We were able to play for a little while before cutting our losses. I booked a room that showed an ocean view, ended up in a room that did not. We will not be going back there.

We love this resort/casino. We’ve stayed here 3 times while driving between Florida & Texas. Great half way point for a nice hotel & a little fun ********.

Staff was very nice
