The property is nice but the smoke smell is pretty bad everywhere even in the nonsmoking room we booked.

Horrible experience with this hotel. Our party checked into room 427 in the Royal Tower on 6/30/24 and checked out on 07/03/24. The room was extremely dusty and the chair was covered in stains. We found a cockroach after entering the room. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone was not working. I walked down to the service desk to tell them. When I explained to the customer service lady at the desk she blankly stared at me and then went to get her supervisor without saying a word. The supervisor asked for proof of the cockroach and then asked, "What do do you want me to do about it?" During the three night stay the room was never serviced. If we wanted clean towels we had to hunt down housekeeping. Only two of the elevators seemed to work.

NASTY *****. We have gone to several concerts at this event with a teenager, but they said this one was adult only, EAGLES COVER BAND, apparently too much vulgar language. I explained i have been to several concerts, showed on my phone, it's "minors need a guardian over 30". They said, screw you we changed the policy. They said take it up with ticketmaster. Horrible people. No, "we are so sorry" followed by something nice. Went to Beau Rivage, told them of the analorifices we dealt with at HardRock. BEAU RIVAGE gave us 2 for 1 coupons! FOR THE CRAP TREATMENT WE GOT AT HARDROCK and told us they aren't like that. We went to Footloose at the Beau Rivage the next night. This is a chain of not nice people unless you fit the mold of who they want in there place.

Show handle would spin and not turn OFF. Drain was clogged and not drain. Tub filled up during a shower and almost overflowed.

I had an amazing time for my birthday.. staff was super friendly.. the food and drinks at the Sugar Factory amazing they song happy birthday to me!! I can’t wait to come again.. the slots were not friendly to us.. the rooms are a little dated.. the rooms attendant does amazing job with keeping the hotel clean
