Italian food was fantastic, Local food was awesome too at Rica Rica restaurant, esp the chilli sauces! Breakfast were very tasty and butter for bread was very good quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful, game room was a good family bonding session with the facilities and board games provided, can kill a lot of time draining kids energy. Pool with very nice view to the ocean, very pleasant stay, oh and the little farm they have with the chickens ,goose and rabbits, so adorable!this is our second time there and will plan for the next trip soon!

Service at the resort was excellent, staff constantly checking in on you to make sure everything is alright. While location was far out, the beach was nice and you could enjoy the sunset from the pool bar. There are lots of activities available, though some of them could be quite steep in price. However there are a couple of complimentary ones to choose from, and that was enough for a relaxing time at the resort. Highly recommended!

Location is an hour car ride away from the Ferry terminal. Facilities are great for families travelling here for a good weekend getaway. Will recommend.

Booked a 3 day 2 night stay to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and the team was very detailed to provide a nice atmosphere and complimentary cake for her. Service was excellent throughout the whole stay and the food is really quite tasty. We had fun at the games room and the Spa experience was really relaxing despite the prices being abit steep. Overall, a great experience with The Residence and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Though the location is slightly far away (1 hour from the Tanjong Pinang jetty), I think it’s totally worthwhile. My husband and I had a very chill and relaxing weekends. The food options are limited to the 3 restaurants in the resort so I suggest that you bring some tidbits along. No convenient stores available. The breakfast spread is decent and I found the bbq restaurant dining by the beach very special. Special mention to the server Edi? (Starts with a “E”) and the restaurant manager at the rimbun. Above all, the rooms are clean and very spacious and the service and hospitality is excellent. Thank you Jorwa, tono, rez’a and everyone at the poor bar for making our stay very special. We love the acoustic night at the pool bar with Fey and her guitarist. They are a power duo and this makes the best part of our trip. Kudos to the team at pool bar!

BEST RESORT EVER!!! Far away from ferry terminal but the residence bintan has land transportation service. Awesome infinity pool and nice pool bar, best breakfast. Such a nice room and Gym, included marine programs like paddle boarding or kayaking.

*TLDR* Good: Service 10/10 Buggy around the resort!! KOPI TARIK for bfast was SO GOODDDDD really the best coffee ive ever had in my life Super value for money stay as compared to other resorts where you have to pay for literally everything even after the pricey $700 you paid for 2 nights Bad: Felt a little unsafe for two girls to walk back to our room cuz it was so dark No convenience store A little restrictive cuz you can only eat & shop from the options they have within the resort (nothing to shop also haha its just a gift shop with random swimsuits and souvenirs) Located a bit far from ferry terminal (1h) but transport provided! Went with a friend and was so amazed at the size of the resort 😳😳 really loved that we got to stay at the upper floor and there were 2 bicycles parked outside for us to get around the resort (but we just kept calling for buggy hehe - free btw!!) Resort was a little far from ferry terminal (1hr airconditioned coach ride) but they provided us a cookie and water for the journey! No convenience stores located within/around the resort and i just spent the entire 3d2n in the resort. Would recommend a 3d2n for a very relaxing holiday 👍🏻 We didnt manage to try all their activities but had a great time eating HAHAH their local indo food restaurant is a MUST GO 🤤 everything else was alright only but service 10/10 really HAHAHA would go back maybe next year Free activities: Morning yoga, stand up paddling, kayaking, teh tarik workshop, honey tasting, animal farm (u get to feed them for free too) etc Need to pay activities: Snorkelling (went during non-peak period so it was only us two with the instructor and an instructor-friend we made the day before), jetski, wakeboarding (this was fun.... And salty) etc

Travelled to Bintan via ferry. Free shuttle bus provided to and from ferry terminal. The room was fantastic and very well cleaned. The private pool is nice although is not very private. The food was okay. Plenty of free activities around the resort and also paid activities. Overall it’s nice and services are very good. Would definitely recommend it for couples or family.

Had a lovely time with my partner during Easter weekend at the residences bintan. We got the sea view room it’s spectacular, staff were friendly, food was tasty, plenty of water activities to do. Will definitely go back on non peak season.

Location is a little far. Not much areas to visit nearby. A nice place to relax and chill with friends

Had a good time with the Residence. Spacious rooms and great activities. The pool and the number of poolside decks are definitely not enough to accommodate number of guests.

The whole experience was very amazing. The service was excellence! From the moment we stepped foot into Bintan Ferry terminal, we were greeted by the friendly staff and they just made us feel comfortable till the moment we stepped foot out of Bintan Ferry terminal. The moment we stepped on board the bus, we were given biscuit and cold towels and not forgetting the free wifi throughout our 75mins journey to the Resort. When we reached we were greeted by friendly staff and immediately we were lead to a room for our welcome drinks and check-in. The check-in process was fast but no room were available at 11 plus. We were told that our room would only be available at 2pm (it is already earlier as check-in timing is at 3pm) and the staff had advised us to walk around and go for our lunch first during the waiting time. It the end, we managed to get our lunch at 1pm (earlier then what they told us). What I like about the resort is that they update their activies and replies all through whatsapps. When we entered into your room, our luggage was already delivered there and the aircons were on. So it was already cooling.....weather in Bintan is HOT in Dec. Hahhahaa. The room was very beautiful and spacious. It was so amazing and romantic. It really make me don't want to leave the room. The food there was nice too. Although there is only two restaurant but they do have a great range of variety. And every evening, they have different dinner theme. The night I was there they had pasar malam night. Food stalls were setup at the open with tables and chairs and understand from the staff that the following night they were doing BBQ by the sea. Too bad, I'm only there for a night. They also have a huge breakfast spread. There are live music at the pool bar. Beside drinks, there are food serve there too. The live music is GREAT! It is really a pleasant stay!
