Continue to stay here monthly for business. We never have any issues with staff, cleanliness, or reservations. We will continue to stay at this hotel as the place is great and the rooms area great price.

We did our homework on this place before coming. We had a family emergency and needed a last-minute place to stay. This hotel seemed reasonable, as it promised what we wanted and needed. Our assigned room was 102, with a bed and an additional roll-away. It would have been very crowded in there with 3 wheelchairs. The roll-away bed was placed in our room Wednesday night, September 6, 2023. We opened the door to find it blocking our way into the room. The front desk staff moved us into room 117. This was no better, as the beds were way too high. The desk in the corner of the room was horrible. I moved the desk chair to one side of the desk. This was to allow my wheelchair to get up to the desk. When I did this, however, I got stuck in that little corner. I had to move the desk chair between the beds. This was quite inconvenient for obvious reasons. I suspect that room 117 was even smaller than room 102. We had to store some of our belongings in the bathtub. Most of our time in this hotel was spent moving stuff back and forth. We spent as little time here as possible. I should also mention that our family emergency was visiting a terminally ill relative. It was an already difficult time further complicated and dampened by a sloppy hotel. We feel every traveler with a physical disability must be aware of this place. We will not return here on our next visit- possibly after my uncle passes.

This hotel is very comfortable in the center of Billings, breakfast is very good, in a popular restaurant, to line up, good, suitable for children, convenient location. Parking is very convenient and great value for money.

We were at a basketball banquet event at the Ramada. While the hotel needs some MAJOR updating, the sidewalks are a hazard and need to be cleaned off, and the parking lot needs to get their piles of snow out of the parking lot, the banquet girls were amazing and the food was wonderful. We had Ava and Nora working and they had the best customer service and were so helpful!! They stayed till the very end and were exceptional!! Thank you Ava and Nora!!

The hotel was crazy busy due to some sort of convention. There were limited room options but it was the parking situation that really made this a less than stellar stay. There was limited parking anywhere but a delivery truck blocked part of the parking too -- making it impossible to come and go from the spaces. The room across from ours had three small yapping dogs. There should be a limit to the number of pets per room as they were out of control all night. The room was suite large sized but with a very, very small bathroom. The toilet was low and with no room, difficult to use. The floor was uneven so walking across the carpet was unsteady while carrying luggage, or really, any items. The location was right off the freeway so we chose this hotel for its easy on/off.

Called the hotel directly a month before our reservation date and made a special request for a specific type of room (3rd/top floor away from traffic/road noise). Also followed up with a call while enroute to confirm our reservation and reaffirm my special request. When we arrived we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor. When I mentioned my request, I was told that the only 3rd floor rooms available were at the front of the building facing the road. Just then a couple of LOUD vehicles came roaring by therefore I opted for the 2nd floor room at the rear of the hotel. Pros - Our double queen room was clean & comfortable and had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Cons - Indifferent attitude of the staff member at check-in in regards to our special request and we experienced the supply of hot water and water pressure to be marginal. Also the staff member on duty in the morning at check-out was not pleasant or engaging.

Broke down 22 miles out of town and stuck in my car waiting on help and I called to let hotel that I would be late. Very nice guy said no problem it will be ready here when u get here. Fast forward till 4 am got to hotel. Front desk was understanding and helped us figure out the room situation since I needed to stay another night till car is fixed. 10 + customer service! Always will recommend you guys!
