As always our room was super clean, stylish and comfy. The service and professionalism shown by the wonderful Katie was outstanding. We enjoyed an evening meal and Kay was all efficiency snd smiles. Another fantastic stay with Premier Inn… thanks to all your team that make it happen!!

We stayed here for radio 2 in the park.Unfortunately the Sunday was torrential rain and we were soaked when we got to the hotel.The girl on reception was brilliant.Booked us in so quickly and got us some wine ( very important) Our room was lovely and warm and after a hot shower we were back on form.Breakfast the following morning was plentiful and freshly cooked.Would definitely recommend.

Far exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we had the most friendly greeting from Zoe, who was also the on duty manager. We decided to eat in and again, we were pleasantly surprised with the food & beverage options. Zoe looked after our dining experience too.

Very warm welcome to this modern, clean and comfortable Premier Inn. Great location as we were involved in events in the Cathedral. Parking just opposite made access and convenience handy

Checked in at 3pm had to wait 45 minutes because room wasn't ready we were very tired after a 4 hour journey...finally went up to our room and was given a small cramped room wasn't big enough for a family of four.

Came down for food was meet by a lovely young man called Declan who couldn't do anoth for us and the amazing chef in the kitchen jamie who made are delicious food we will definitely be making another visit soon to this hotel as all the staff go above and beyond to help when we need them

Booked a family room but only 3 beds were provided on arrival. Also on 2 occasions asked for the room to be cleaned but this was not done.
