It was a nice location

Horrible. We made a reservation for this hotel a couple weeks ago, and on the day of our reservation they decided to cancel it. Not sure where to even go now. We don’t have any other places to stay. Never go to this hotel. Horrible place………………..

Don't bother booking at this hotel. I did as a Wyndham Rewards member, for an upcoming 2 night stay. About 2 weeks before my trip I receiving an email confirming my reservation had been cancelled. Having not cancelled it, I called Wyndham Member Services and was told the hotel management cancelled it and to contact them. When I did, the GM denied having cancelled my reservation. Neither Wyndham or the hotel could/would reinstate my reservation and since the price had gone up significantly, since my booking was made, I wasn't going to rebook with them. I'm almost certain that the hotel didn't want to honor the Wyndham promo that was happening at the time, and arbitrarily cancelled my booking. I was very unhappy with the last of support and remediation provided by Wyndham as well.

Dirty, felt unsafe, carpets dirty. Long term renters. Can't tell who works there vs who lives there. I would never stay there again.

Met my brothers coming from Ohio here, had to be at a sporting event by 7am the next morning and while the location was perfect for us this property wasn’t. Very outdated and ceilings leaking. Furniture in lobby heavily stained. Property is also a long term rental. Vehicle with flat tires in lot that had been there a long time. Everyone that smoked congregated outside of lobby, my room was right above there and smelled like a 50 year old ashtray. Broken tiles in bathroom and everything felt unclean. The lady doing check in was nice but I had to stand in the lobby while she had a smoke break.

My stay was absolutely amazing, the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful and my stay was absolutely beautiful. The lawn is well manicured and the entire property was clean. The parking lot was smooth and there was always a spot available.

Great hotel. Very clean rooms, all staff friendly & helpful, & the lounge has the best food & great bartender. Vaulted ceiling rooms and balconies better than the $59/night expectations. Cute courtyard lit up. Outdoor pool. Always love staying here.

Friendly. Clean. Staff very helpful. Laundry room clean. Ice and vending was great. There will be more stays to come from me. Thank you Travelodge of Jackson staff. You guys are great and show true customer service thank you thank you thank you
