The service staff is very warm and friendly, and the location is very convenient to the Winter Gardens and Blackpool Tower. The staff gave me the door key, and I had to open the hotel door myself when I came back late. Check-in was at 11:30 pm, it was a Saturday night, and there was a party next to the check-in counter. There was a TV to watch the waves, and there were customers playing pool. It was very lively. The staff said that they didn’t have my reservation information, which bothered me for a long time. He video chatted with the boss before he arranged for us to check in. When we went upstairs, he couldn’t find our room. The staff said that he didn’t even know which way the room was facing... and the rooms were small. Because it was a collusion among several independent buildings, we only stayed one night and left early the next morning, so it didn’t matter. There was garbage tissue next to the bed...

The quality of this hotel was not great, but all we wanted was somewhere to sleep while we were in Blackpool so it served its purpose, and for the valid it was perfect.
Be aware that although the hotel says there is WiFi, it is only on the lobby and doesn't reach the rooms. We also didn't have a remote for the TV and it wouldn't work without, although we asked for one multiple times, the staff were unable to find one that worked for our TV.
The walls are very thin and you hear every noise from around the hotel. Luckily (also unfortunately) our room was the furthest away possible.
The water pressure on the shower was amazing. The hotel water on the tap comes out boiling hot straight away.
Overall, the quality of the hotel wasn't great, but for the price it was everything we needed

The room is small, but most of the hotels in Blackpool are like this, the location is very good, 3 minutes walk from the Winter Garden, there are many restaurants around

Awful!!! Shocking experience was that bad we actually left! While we were there 2 other people complained!! And were moved rooms. Rooms are very dated and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired!!!!! Asking for £20 cash deposit abd theb check room, biggest joke out! It was cleaner when we left then checked in Over priced breakfast infact its the worst valued breakfast I've ever had!!! Literally nothing on offer but shopped brought crossaints and curdled apple juice. We visit blkpool several times each year and this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed!!! And I've been to the Norbeck!!!
