Very spacious room. Lovely environment and able to see the sea from many angles from the hotel.

Good location and facing the sea view. Tram stop is nearby. Paid parking is available.

This hotel was 15x years old....so old style and classical freeing and grandful taste of royal. If the take picture is very nice place. But the hotel could be not useful and not fit useful when modern style. Do not any chair. Not enough battery charger and no enough position put on anything. It is important No air-conditioned or fans for summer...Anyway, it is a valuable for fun a vacation .

It is a great atmospheric old Victorian hotel, with friendly staff, good food and clean rooms. A bit pricey on the drinks, but that is to be expected. Only one complaint is the price and quality of the soft drinks. The £2.75 small Pepsi was a cheap shot of diluted Pepsi with flat lemonade, it is not the price, but you would expect a bottle, or can in a hotel. If not the original, Aldi and Lidol do a great copy, anything but the disgusting diluted stuff, which is not even good for kids. Excellent location , far away from busy and noisy part of blackpool but close enough to stroll around to the main part , staff was friendly and excellent service , food was average for selection could do more, however the breakfast was great .. good for family . Entertainment for the weekend could be a more we went to the bar after dinner for cocktails and music but the entertainment just about to finish after that they don’t play any music in the bar at all.. over all the hotel was good would recommend to friends and family 👍🥰❤️

Overall, my stay at your hotel was satisfactory. However, I would like to bring to your attention a couple of issues that affected my experience. Firstly, upon entering our room, we noticed that the toilet had not been flushed. This oversight detracts from the otherwise clean and comfortable environment of the hotel. Secondly, I believe that charging guests for parking is unreasonable. As paying guests, we should be entitled to complimentary parking during our stay. I hope these concerns can be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests.

From check in to checkout everything was excellent room ,drinks ,meals and entertainment.Very reasonably priced holiday .Really enjoyed .

The hotel was fantastic. And staff friendly too. The breakfast was great!!.

First time we've stayed at the Imperial Hotel. Impressed from the moment we stepped through the door. Reception staff very professional and friendly. The hotel was clean and the room was larger than expected. The beds were comfortable, but only the heating in the bathroom was working. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff again very friendly and professional. It was quiet at night, so got good nights sleep. Quiet bar. The tram stops outside the hotel so easy access to Blackpool or Fleetwood. I will definitely be staying there again.

The people is nice. Environment is good and room is big and clean but the heater is not function. Don’t know how to open it. Car park is big and convenient to park the car at the hotel. Breakfast is great and Staff is nice. But everything is nice and definitely will go again.

We love Blackpool and could not of stayed in a more beautiful hotel, staff was brilliant and breakfast was excellent and we had everything we needed, really loved the room.

Our 2nd away at the Imperial this year ans it won't be our last! Love the oldy world charm of the hotel and yes it needs some TLC but hopefully the renovation work will not be too severe. The staff are brilliant and we can recommend the breakfast buffet as being one of the best I've had world wide on my travels. A couple of negatives.....maybe the bar staff could do table service in the lobby and lounge? And a couple of the younger members of the staff need to learn to smile and be a little friendly. And maybe the entertainment could be better advertised by putting a poster in the lifts as most people missed seeing it on re caption. Oh and the food was very good both in the restaurant and bar. We look forward to returning soon.

Came here for a trip with my wife. First impressions were that it's nice from the outside we paid to upgrade our room to a superior room. Once inside our room it is really outdated for the price you pay. The ceiling is pealing from a leak, the radiator does not work. The toilet looks like the original from the 1800's. Also, you have to pay an extra £9 for parking. Really good location to the beach but isn't worth £137 for 1 night. The best part was the buffet breakfast which was good and hot.

Lovely hotel, nice rooms. Friendly staff that can’t do enough for you. Food is great, lovely breakfast. In a quiet location but tram stop right outside and lovely views of the sea. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.
