This was a very last minute booking as the original place we’d booked was horrific.
Given my experience I was reluctant about booking another place, but I need not have worried.
Obviously the decor won’t be to everyone’s taste and it was a little dated, but the place was very clean, the beds super comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.
We didn’t have breakfast, as the bed was too comfortable I didn’t want to get up.
If I was to return to Blackpool I’d certainly think about staying here again as it was great value for money.

Host/Manager was extremely helpful. He assisted me with carrying our pushchair up the stairs. And, was very accommodating at breakfast time. Talking of the breakfast, well I think describing it as continental is under selling it, there is nothing “cooked” except you can have toast, but the selection of options for breakfast is mind blowing and top notch. As for the room, have the right expectation that this is a hotel built early in Blackpool’s holiday industry and so it isn’t going to be the ritz but they have done their best to provide comfort and style. Location is perfect for Central attractions and amusements, parking is accessible all around if you can’t get “on street” parking out front. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel. Thank you for a lovely last minute stay.

Fantastic 2 nights stay at the windsor house hotel, Bob and Mary made us feel very welcome. We arrived early, our room wasn't ready but we could leave our bags no problem. This hotel is lovely, clean and very comfortable, lovely tea tray in the room with fluffy clean white towels, Continental breakfast, with lots of extras and goodies, this went down so well with our boys. The hotel is only 5mins from the center of blackpool and coral island, 10-15mins walk to the train station. We've already booked again for next year. Thanks again for a brilliant stay.

We arrived really early and given a warm welcome from owner who let us drop our bags off and even took them to our room when it was ready. Our room was a twin bedded room 8 it was everything i expected it would be after reading positive reviews on trip advisor clean, functional , comfy bed; the breakfast was continental for us as i forgot to book full english but we need not have worried as it was the most amazing choice i've seen for a small hotel again everything clean just how it should be.

Great hosts couldnt do enough for you.
Great rooms and facilities for guests probably best one ive stayed in in Blackpool.
Only minor things which could be improved would be the shower in room could be electric as took time for water to heat up around 10 min.
The door for the bathroom dont shut properly as their big gab where the door is fully shut. So maybe new door could be fitted.
Continental breakfast was excellent lot to choose from even got soya milk in as got allergy which is very good customer service
As been in others and ive had to supply it.
Full English was extra fee which was little over price if im honest for what you got.
But apart from the miner issues would definitely recommend it and probably be returning in the future thankyou both.

First time visit here after staying 2 night at another hotel I Decided to stay another night. I chapped on their door and they could accommodate me. Bob and Mary are such lovely hosta very very friendly. The room was spotless and had a lovely smell. Everything you need tea, coffee, biscuits, hairdryer, shower gel, hand wash, TV. The beds wow amazing so comfortable. The breakfast selection wow. Highly recommend this hotel. Great location, amazing friendly hosts and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lovely pleasing stay in a clean, spacious room with everything plus more things we needed, we would highly recommend. Continental breakfast was a vast selection of good quality products. Plenty of cafes nearby if require a full English but we didn’t.
