Hostal Isabel

We arrived at 11am and the room was not ready, so we left our suitcases there and went to make our plans. When we arrived at the hostel in the afternoon, we went up to the room and we were scared: a hovel in poor condition, with a fan that made a lot of noise and an INFERNAL heat, I got dizzy. We went down to the reception to ask for solutions but they had no alternative, so we had to go back home because if we slept there they would surely give us something. It is THE WORST THING I have ever seen in my life, incredible that there are places like this in the heart of a tourist and developed city, it is even REPORTABLE. I don't recommend anyone to stay there, really.

A spacious bedroom with balcony, 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Very friendly welcome and good advice for visiting the city and eating out. I recommend this hotel which is 5 minutes walk from the beach, free parking 2 minutes away.

It is a battle hotel, very fair. I wouldn't take my family or partner there, but for that price you'll enjoy it if you go as friends to spend a few days in Blanes. They treated us well, but the facilities are very limited and the terraces allow you to go to other terraces (and maybe rooms) easily

The hostel is on the second line of the beach so the location is ideal. It has a public esplanade behind the building to leave cars. The staff treatment was correct, but we would not return. We paid 103 euros. It was a quadruple room (even though I insisted if it could be a triple, since the 4-year-old boy sleeps with me and in the rest of the places where we have stayed they have let me take a triple). The room was very spacious and the bathroom was average, with no window and a sheet of the shower screen that came loose. But I have never been so hot in any accommodation. Comparing that room with an oven is not enough. I spent part of the night refreshing my children with wet towels and the other part with the balcony door (which was the lowest in the building's light well and was separated with a screen from the other room, with easy access to the ours, so I didn't like that door being open) and the door to the room open so that there was a minimum of draft and to ventilate something while I was awake watching that no one entered the room. Horrible. WE WOULD NOT RETURN

If you want tranquility, security and a good place to stay, never choose this hostel. We suffered a theft of my partner's cell phone and wallet; Not to mention that the place is painful, small, connected to the balconies of other neighbors, little space, very old and above all THE WORST AND NOTHING SAFE. You can't leave the room knowing that your belongings will be safe, because they can easily break in and steal. The cameras are for decoration and if something happens to you, they will do nothing to help.
