Mais la table que nos avions réservée était occupée et on nous a dit que si nous n’étions pas contents, nous n’avions qu’à aller ailleurs. Hallucinant. Ces personnes étaient affreusement désagréables. Nous sommes allés ailleurs. Évidemment

Joli cadre mais restauration médiocre. Trop cher par rapport au contenu de l assiette , soit disant haut de gamme par la présentation mais les qualités et quantités gustatives ne le sont pas. Le personnel était cependant très sympathique.

C’était super, l’accueil les chambre le resto la piscine et la vue sur l’estuaire ! L’hôtel est très bien placé et très bien entretenu, c’est un plaisir d’y séjourner. On a passé un super week-end et on reviendra très certainement ! Merci à toutes les équipes.

Conforme au descriptif annoncé, juste un petit bémol pour la chambre un peu vieillissante, accueil et restauration au top . Emplacement magnifique , jolie vue depuis le restaurant.....terrasse splendide mais non testée....cause météo!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour d'1 nuit( chambre triple 310 vue sur la place d'arme) très au calme,sur les bords de l'estuaire de la Gironde, panorama magnifique dans une ambiance très conviviale Tres bonne cuisine élaborée, on a pu panacher sans problème les plats proposés à la carte avec ceux du menu pour notre repas du soir, le service est impeccable . Le PDJ est très complet, varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts (buffet à la fois continental et américain) Notre chambre était spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée avec une douche à l'Italienne (se renseigner avant car certaines chambres comme la notre disposent d'une baignoire). Merci à toute l'équipe pour votre professionnalisme, accueil et gentillesse !!!
