Wonderful weekend getaway from Chicago. The mansion was beautifully decorated for the holidays! Room was wonderful and the breakfast was fantastic. Really appreciate the staff, they made the experience really lively. We got a tour of the mansion upon arrival and it was a great way to learn more about the house and the area.

We had the pleasure to stay this past weekend, the mansion was beautifully decorated for Holidays. A Great place, enjoyed my conversations with all the staff, & owners. Everyone took the time, to answer all my questions. Highly recommend, will stay here again the next time I am in the area. The breakfast was fantastic, Thanks again Rick and Heather

Gorgeous building with wonderful, warm and welcoming staff and richly decorated, cozy suites! Fresh breakfast every morning, gorgeous historic architecture and furnishings made a fantastic B&B experience! Had a 3-day stay with my boyfriend in the Rose Suite and we couldn't have asked for a better place!

I come here at least once a year and this time it was for my bachelorette party. No one else has ever been so i was excited to share this experience with them. We stayed in the Carl room and it was clean and nice as always. The staff is always super nice and since it was the other girls’ first time there we took a mini tour and everything was just amazing. I love coming during Christmas time for all of the trees and decorations. It’s usually the time i always come. The breakfast is always so delicious. And i can’t wait for my next stay next year!

We recieved a warm welcome and tour of the mansion upon arrival. Our beautiful room was enormous and we had a stylish antique bathroom located across the hall. Breakfast was amazing and we had wonderful conversation with the other guests. The piano downstairs can be played by anyone, and one of the couples were playing and singing, which my husband really enjoyed. Our stay was short, so we weren't able to explore the neighborhood as we would have liked. We would love to return and stay longer.
