The franchisee seems to have outsourced the open parking lot to a parking firm that has to be paid online via a code. Hope this does not spread to other msp hotels. Then there was no tv remote. The hall wallpaper is peeling and the furnishings are cheap and old. Somebody is milking the life out of this place. The bar and restaurant was closed without explanation. Luckily there are many alternatives due to the Mall. Consider any one of them.
