3-Star Hotels in Bodrum

After reading the comments we were very concerned. However we had a brilliant time! Room was spacious, clean, room service every day with fresh towels etc! On the odd occasion we had to request more toilet roll but this was always provided! Air con worked well and we were greatful of a cool room as weather was amazing! Staff we never had any problems, and big shout out to Eles in the downstairs lobby he was fantastic and let him create a drink for u as they are always delish, also polak from the pool bar he was great! With the staff they treat people how they are treated if u try to be familiar and say thank you in Turkish they appreciate this and treat them with the respect they deserve and u will have no problems! Pool was always clean! And plenty of sun beds around. At night we never saw anyone drinking/smoking around the pool! Food was always plentiful and tasty and something for everyone, I’m a picky eater and managed a good meal every-time. I saw one fly the whole time I was there, and I’m not sure how the hotel could be blamed for this! However make sure somebody sits at ur time outside in the eating area as there are birds around! There are a few evenings where there is entertainment in the eating area and this is nice! We were aware there was no entertainment so was no bothered by this. However they do play music around the slide pool! There are cats around but they are very friendly and appreciate a snack if u can give one! Med the rep was fabulous and we had a great boat trip and he gave us lots of other information about the area and was always on hand if we had questions! Overall I will be returning and again your holiday is what you make it! No this is a 5* resort but I am yet to go abroad and get a 5* like in England! So go and have a fabulous time!! If you want a good cocktail go behind the hotel to bodrum legends they are brilliant and they play sports and have pool and darts for free!

We had our family holiday there in may half term. It’s a big hotel but needs updating. Food and drink are very average. The wine is disgusting and the food most nights was cold. We had water coming through our bathroom ceiling and it took them 2 days to move us. And when the did the hair dryer in the second room was dangerous and they had to come and replace it. The pool area are very nice but if you want a bed you need to get there before breakfast. All the staff are very friendly and the waiting staff couldn’t do enough for you they where great. Don’t get me wrong, we had a great holiday but if you’re expecting a 5 star resort don’t get your hopes up.

I spended 3 night inside of the Laden Hotel Bodrum, I can't say any problems with the service. Everyone was really helpfully and kind. The rooms showing the life reality like in the pictures on the websites. The rooms (standard and deluxe) was really really really so much of clean and comfortable. The air conditioner moved very well, the landscape was incredible! The location so much of closer to everything, even the bus station maximum 5 minute with walk, with that you can travel an other citys or you can achieve the airport, even the biggest shop (Migroş) maximum 5 minute with walk, everything so closer and you can travel easier the famous places, or restaurant, coffee places, you can rent moped or as you just wishing. I will bring with myself a really good memories, I am sure it won't be the last time that I spended to here. Çokçokçokçok teşekkürler Laden Hotel.

We had a very bad experience staying with these thieves, we booked this hotel via *********** (month 5/2022), at this stage we asked to debit our card but the hotel confirmed that we could pay at our arrival, The day of our arrival, they tried to charge our card, so we asked via message that we will pay by cash once at the hotel since we were already at Bodrum airport. As planned we checked in by paying by cash, and we settled in the room was very poor nothing comparing with the photos posted on booking, but we decided to stay there given the good location (Bodrum center ) everything was fine we spend a very nice evening at the bodrum center, and we was very happy. The next morning we were surprised by the cancellation of our reservation by the host on ***********, because of the credit card when we had paid the entire stay on our arrival, this will mean that we are no more protected by the platform, since we have already gone to the beach, we sent a message to find out the reasons for this cancellation, but we did not receive any answer, after our return to the hotel after a day in the beach, we asked for explanations, the manager told us what was the point of keeping the reservation on *********** when you were already accommodated? We were really worried and frustrated because of this behavior unworthy of the host, so we went back to the room and we directly checked our belongings and the big surprise, they stole 400 euros of the amount of money we had, and actually our stay in this hostel became very dangerous, we went down to see the manager directly, who ignored us telling us that the hotel is running by the whole family (hotel staff) and if you want to go to the police you can do it , We contacted the police directly who came after about fifteen minutes. At first we encountered communication difficulties since he spoke only one language, Turkish, but the police were very kind and they tried to help us by communicating via google translate, the manager of the hotel was very furious and wanted to kick us out at 11 p.m. in a city full of people and where the availability of hotels was really rare, without reimbursing us for the two remaining nights, but thanks to the police we were able to be reimbursed and they found us a hotel not far away, we thank them from the bottom of our hearts, The police explained to us that they could not do anything as there was no violation. We complained to *********** about this incident and our surprise was that the manager confirmed to *********** that we never came to the hotel, but thank god we had messages exchanged as well as the photos taken in the establishment we had our evidence. We booked from the 15th-22nd Sept. 2023 for 2 rooms. When we arrived at the hotel at around 01:00 (16th Sept) our room is not ready and the hotel reception sent us to another hotel. The next day we were told to go back to our original hotel by 2. When we get at Asmin Hotel our room is not ready yet. I was really upset and angry because we are wasting our time waiting to check in instead of enjoying our day going around bodrum. We checked in almost 3 pm but only 1 room is available that time. This hotel is a mess based on our experienced. Customer service failed to accomodate us on the day we arrived. In fact we paid from the 15th of Sept but the room is not available on the early hours of 16th. Another bad experienced on our last day 22nd of Sept we went to a turkish bath/massage. My son left his bag with a big amount of money because he said its more safe than to bring with him in the massage place. He left his bag on top of the table knowing no one will come in because we did not put the sign to clean our room. When we got back at around 17:00 my son was preparing his things ready for tonight's flight. When he counted his money £260 was missing about 9,000 Lira. We kept on counting 5 times to double check but still the £260 is missing. We went to the reception and told them what had happened. The responced from them was very dissapointing. He told us why we did not put the money in a safety box. They even said that cleaner was working with them for so many years and this is the first time it happened. I told the manager that we are not going to complaint if there is nothing missing. Someone steal my son's money and only the cleaner have an access to our room. Another guest confirmed to me that the cleaner came in and out of our son's room which the money is missing. Another thing, when we got back my son found out that the door in their room is unlocked. The cleaner left the door unlocked. My son asked the manager to check the cctv and we can see that the cleaner went to our room. We been travelling to many countries but this is the first time we were robbed in our hotel room. We are confident that we are safe while staying in Asmin Hotel but its not what we are expecting. Instead of the manager to give us assurance to invistigate the case, she even told us that the cleaner is not stealing the money. How did she know? Of course whoever steal my son's money will not admit because in the first place there is no camera inside our room. My son was very upset because that money is from his hardwork. He called the tourist hotline and they sent 2 police officer around 19:00 hours. Luckily when the police arrived I was with the phone talking to my friend who speaks turkish. She became our translator as the police officer cannot speak english well. The result, the police is defending the hotel. What a stunning place we stayed for a week in June and we loved it. Good was amazing the staff are friendly and nice made our stay even more pleasant. Our girls loved playing with cats and we had a great time. Massive thank u to the lobby team who always warmed milk for our little one anytime we needed it sometimes it was 6am trip to lobby to get walk milk and they never refused. The entertained team are amazing!!! The children play are and forgot the lady name but she was sooo good to all the children and they loved it. We loved our entertainment nights they were the highlight of our holiday massive thank u to them all

We stayed in Dinc for 2 weeks in first decade of September 2023. Location is very good, especially the fact that it’s beach hotel and you can swim early in the morning while sea is still calm and fresh. Sun beds at the beach are available until 5pm, after it’s a place for restaurant on the beach. Hotel is popular with regular customers. No elevator so will have to carry bags up to 2-4 floor. Renovation is not new, but rooms are clean. We had room on top floor with big window and good new beds. Breakfast is served as a buffet. Every day menu is the same: different types of bread, cheeses, tomatoes, peppers, 2 types of olives, Turkish scrambled eggs with tomatoes, boiled eggs, fried potatoes, greens, butter, honey, jam. Turkish tea in early morning with samit (Turkish bagel) and butter is very tasty. Internet has a good connection, even available on the beach. Unfortunately, no beach towels are offered. But sun beds are free. The staff in Dinc pension are very nice, helpful and friendly; they try to make you feel like a family or at least as a good friend. It’s a part of Turkish hospitality, many people come to Turkey to feel that. Especially want to say thank you to George, who did his best to take care of me and my mom. And my best regards to a lady at reception who helped us in an incident. My mother has fallen down on a boat during boat trip and hurted her feet and a lady from reception (sorry, didn’t ask name) gave us 2 gels for free to reduce swelling and pain. It was very nice, thank you very much!

Perched on a steep hil in the quiter part of town, lovely sea views and a nice pool with friendly service. Bodrum is premium priced for Turkey but this hotel offers good value. The price to be paid for the view is a steep climb if you have no transport. The one drawback is the very small parking lot and 25 or so degree driveway. You must leave your keys at front desk in case car must be moved. Ours never was moved but I confess I did worry about it a bit. Breakfast was better than at more costly places we've stayed at in Turkey.
