It went super bad for us. We had booked through this means a week before and on the day the reservation would be made effective, with the hotel already on the way, they told us that the reservation was canceled without prior notice and that they had all the rooms full. Terrible service.

Excelente en cuanto a la limpieza y a la atención del personal, son 1A. Sin embargo, considero que deben poner calefacción, debido a que no todo el mundo soporta la baja temperatura de Bogotá. Aunque me encanta el frío y para mi no es problema, parte del grupo con que andaba no se sintió cómodo con la temperatura en las habitaciones.
