La ubicación es magnífica, Laura quien nos recibió y nos atendió, excelente, que buen servicio. La habitacion comoda, el baño bueno, las camas buenas, destaco la limpieza de la habitación, las sábanas olían a limpio a recién lavado, las toallas igual. Había mucho ruido en la habitación, se oían los pasos de las personas del segundo piso y la puerta era de madera con vidrio lo que hacía que hubiera mucha luz, el desayuno estaba bien pero por ejemplo no había mermelada.

The location is excellent. very quiet and safe around. breakfast is basic. not quiet inside, but by the price you pay is valuable. Big rooms with heat.close to the Hacienda santa barbara mall ans supermarkets.plenty of eating places.

Single most important asset: location, location, location. Boutique hotel, nice rooms, acceptable breakfast (included). However, there is no room to meet visitors, no doorman to assist with suitcases.

This boutique hotel has a nice rustic feel to it. It's close to the old town of usaquen which is nice to visit. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the surroundings were quiet. Just be aware that there is no lift access to the first and second floors. This may be an issue with heavy luggage. Overall it suited our needs and we were happy for the few days that we stayed.

Bad hotel, bad treatment of the staff, rooms with windows that open on the restaurant tables, very little privacy. The stay is not advisable if you are looking for a boutique hotel with tranquility and good service.

Maybe because they are doing renovation work, some areas of the hotel could look better. For example, the tiles are not completely installed and the interior garden for breakfast is not welcoming. You have to put more effort into caring for your plants.

Nous étions en groupe et avions réservé 7 chambres. Partageant une chambre avec une autre personne, nous avions spécifiquement demandé des lits jumeaux. En fait nous avons eu un lit double et une espèce de canapé en similicuir sans draps ni couverture, que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser...la chambre était glaciale et le chauffage diffusait une odeur de gaz, qui nous a dissuadé de l'allumer. La chambre était sans fenêtre... Au moment du paiement, ils nous ont facturé pour une triple qui au final s'est avérée beaucoup plus chère que les chambres doubles. Ils n'ont pas proposé de remboursement. Bref arnaque sur toute la ligne
