El personal fue super atento, me ayudaron con el tema del transporte y me guardaron el equipaje ya que llegué temprano y no había disponibilidad de habitaciones, lo mejor el personal que atiende las instalaciones y el desayuno variado y muy rico.

Me hubiese gustado saber que no contaban con aire acondicionado, que las ventanas son de 20 cm y no entra aire en las habitaciones, que no proveen agua ni para compra ni como cortesía en las habitaciones, que se demoran 2 días en dar un adicional de llave / tarjeta en una habitación de DOS personas, que pasadas las 10 pm ya no tienen ningún tipo de servicio y que las habitaciones dan a la avenida principal haciendo imposible dormir ni con las mini ventanas cerradas. Pero lo más peligroso y sorprendente de todo fue que las puertas no se cerraban, tuvimos que hacer varias pruebas donde se aseguraba pasando los tres minutos y luego nunca se aseguraba. Esto quiere decir que nuestra habitación estuvo vulnerable durante dos días.

El hotel es terrible. Las habitaciones no tienen climatización (No AC) así que toca abrir las ventanas pues se vuelven muy calientes. Tampoo tiene insnorización y al estar sobre la carrera séptima, el ruido es constante y muy elevado. Además, la atención de su personal dejó mucho que desear y el desayuno fue repetitivo con pocas opciones. Muy por debajo de lo esperado, inferior en todo sentido a sus vecinos. Jamás volveré. No lo recomiendo.

Hotel is located about a block away from the Santa Fe clinic in Bogota. Hotel rooms it self does not have airconditioning but a fan is provided upon request. Rooms are not sound proof and sounds from the street filters into your room. Checkin was smooth and efficient. If you are looking for peace and quiet then this hotel is not for you. If you are looking for a money exchange you can go to the nearby Santa Barbar shopping mall
