In ******* they said they give breakfast but when I ask him he said we don’t give nothing and if you want you can report it in ******* about the room was very bad dirty with no WiFi and very cold water with bad recepcionists the speak all day and night and you can’t sleep avoid this place for your healthy

When we arrived at the place they did not have our room and there was none available. The reception person's mistake was that they could not prepare one.
Confirm my arrival time and since check-in is 24/7, I arrived at the site at midnight to inform me of the situation.
They did not return money and requested to be there in person, which was not the case when they were there.
The owner of the place or head of the Front Desk never answered the phone, I had to leave at 2 am to look for a hotel at that time in a taxi.

This place it's the worst place l have ever been in my life, first they didn't have my reservation ready at my arrival, the service it's the worst by far no privacy at all.. no hot water at all and they keep saying oh we're are going to fix it never did no break fast not even a coffee pot nothing...l finally got out and went to an other hotel it was simply auful.
