很久沒有寫評論了，這家酒店值得推薦，雖然是淡季，但是能讓人感覺到熱情，前台很認真的為我講解了景區應該如何逐步操作，附近的哪家沒事最好吃。

住了這麼多酒店，最差最垃圾的數這家，玩了一天本來就累了，熱水器還是爛的，到了凌晨才修理好，孩子澡都沒洗就睡著了，天花板還發黴，房間小就算了，還有一股臭味，空調也沒有，放一個暖爐，小朋友剛進房不清楚是啥東西，一摸就燙到手，地板隆起，還有大家別去旁邊的所謂的飯館，難吃又貴，如果有0分我打0分，建議貴店趕緊倒閉，別讓賽里木湖丟臉，大家的錢都不是颳風吹來的，我花300百多，你給這種服務？大家看看圖片，建議訂景區房間還是到店裡看清楚再訂，太坑了，別逼我向文旅局或者消費者協會投訴你！

這家酒店真的太差了，我住了這麼多年酒店，從來沒有遇到過這麼差的！
首先，房間沒有暖氣，提供的電暖氣完全就是個擺設，一點用都沒有，房間裏冷得跟冰窖一樣，温度計顯示衹有13度，晚上睡覺的時候我都凍得瑟瑟發抖，根本睡不着！
其次，熱水器也壞了，燒一個小時的水，衹能用十分鐘，我洗個澡水就涼了，凍得我直打哆嗦，這簡直是太坑人了！
再者，被子也特別短，我一米八的個子，蓋着被子連腳都蓋不住，晚上凍得我腳都僵了！
還有，窗户也漏風，外面的冷風呼呼地往屋裡灌，我關上窗户都擋不住，房間裏冷得跟冰窟窿似的！
最後，房間和圖片完全不符，圖片上顯示的設施齊全，環境優美，實際上就是個破舊不堪的房間，什麼都沒有，連個像樣的傢俱都沒有，簡直就是個騙人的鬼！
總之，這家酒店簡直就是個坑，大家千萬不要來住，誰來誰後悔！

特價房，超預期。比十天前住對面的雲上要好的多。超預期，前台的小夥子非常熱情，因前一天住的酒店沒有把訊息退出來，我又不知道電話，他一遍遍的查詢，要上電話，幫我把訊息退出來，幫我辦理了入住。
